Hampton Inn Mustang - Hotel in Mustang - 1320 E State Hwy 152, USA

It’s a great hotel. This hotel is by Hilton and is the Hampton Inn resort. The hotel is located near other amenities in the city of Mustang Oklahoma. The rooms were clean, staff were friendly, assisting me with a check in process in booking a room. it’s a great hotel even though I stayed here during my road trip to Oklahoma from California. This will definitely be one of the hotels I will stay at during my road trip for business. Check out if you are in the area.

Was in town for work and stayed here for a few days. Awesome and clean hotel. Brianna at the front desk was friendly and always greeted with a hello. Loved the barn door in the room. The pull down blinds were a great idea. Blocked out the outside light. Good location for a hotel. I travel a lot for work and hopefully I come around Mustang again and this is definitely the place I'll be staying at. Amazing job Hampton Inn Mustang.

New hotel. Clean. The cleaners came by every other day. Brianna at the front desk is the best! Her energy is amazing. They cook these delicious chocolate chip cookies. The breakfast varies every morning. The only thing I didn't like is that the bathroom door is barn door with no lock and you can see through. Fortunately I was by myself, so it was no issue, but it's not good with kids. Location was good also, 15 minutes from the airport and next to restaurants.

We were in town for a convention, and the room was excellent. The experience was greatly appreciated. Will definitely stay here again. Breakfast variety was great. Having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available is greatly appreciated. Beds were so comfortable.

Loved this hotel!!! Richard B. at the front desk was so welcoming and professional at check in. Jennifer was very helpful and patient at check out as well. Esperanza in housekeeping/kitchen was so sweet and kind. My husband and I got to practice a little Spanish with Esperanza and Jennifer. Sorry for our poor pronouneation and sad accents. Beautiful decor of horses everywhere, very clean and comfortable hotel. | Wonderful stay and will be back again!!! |

The hotel was very nice, the breakfasts was fantastic. The staff was wonderful as well they were very helpful. The room we stayed in was amazing, loved how the blinds worked and blocked out all the lights from outside. The digital key, digital checkout was easy and fast, just an awesome experience!! Can’t wait to go back!

Stay at this hotel every weekend with no issues except one and that was my first and final straw. I can usually do an early check in no issues but for some reason it was fully booked on a Sunday. That was not a problem i just had to sleep in my car until check in. After i checked in and got to my room, eventually i wanted to buy two bottles of water. I later found out later that they charged me $40 for it. But still, after having a beautiful stay with my girlfriend i finally went to check out. They told me that i was good to go and to have a good day. The next day i find out i was still checked in and that my stay was extended a day, not only that but they have been trying to charge my card for multiple nights without even trying to contact me. Good thing i froze my card for fraud. Ended up calling and when i was trying to understand the problem the call dropped. Contacted the Hilton support multiple times, since the front lady kept producing false information to them and saying she would talk to me but end up dropping the call as soon as i got on the line. Eventually i was told “ I don’t want to talk to you, figure it out on your own!” And from there the front desk will continuously hang up on me without even saying anything. I was extremely late to work but luckily my SFC helped me get in contact with someone in corporate because i was frustrated, confused, and was starting to get angry that Hilton treated me like this. On top of that i have to live with a $40 charge for two water bottles. Never again

Asked for the room to be cleaned twice, not done. Had a stopped up sink that some Drano could have fixed. Couldn't fix without maintenance man. Given stained and towels with holes in them when asked for extra towels (see pics). Found a toy car under the desk indicating room wasn't cleaned well. Just not up to Hilton standards. Manager didn't even ask how our stay was when we checked out. I hadn't commented on anything at the time and she didn't ask, so I didn't report to her as she was not interested in us. Just handed us the receipt and was done. Not a good Hampton.
