Customer service at this property was excellent. We were greeted by Bobby at the front desk who clearly likes his job and has a gift of hospitality. He was pleasant every time we encountered him and handled every request promptly with pleasantness. We had some beach towels that looked like the room towels that accidentally got removed and housekeeping staff Theresa and Glenna bent over backwards to track them down and get them back to us. The manager Victoria was very pleasant and has trained her staff well. Rooms were clean and the hotel was very well run.

A great experience. The room was clean and nicely appointed. The bed, linen and pillows were fresh, clean and really comfortable. The bathroom was super clean and modern with plenty of towels and bathing products. Lastly, our greeting and check-in was very pleasant, thank you Katerina.

Hotel was very clean housekeeping stuff wonderful Glenna was our housekeeper. Fabulous will definitely stay again. Management was wonderful. Front desk staff wonderful thank you for a wonderful experience Glenna went above and beyond to make sure our experience of staying at your hotel was wonderful, room was clean smelled very nice. Excellent stuff.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed, even after traveling over 30 years. The staff is first class, the place is clean and quiet, and the manager worked with us to provide a discounted rate due to our several week stay to assist with our ailing father in Mt. Dora.||Thanks Victoria and Staff!

Although I can say the staff did what they could, I believe they could have been more helpful. |We checked into the hotel and got settled in our third floor room. We left for a family get together and when we returned the elevator was broken. They had no idea when it would be fixed and I cannot climb 3 flights of stairs. We asked if they would help us find other accommodation but they said they weren't allowed. The lobby was not air conditioned and the temps outside were high 90's so as my husband was trying to figure out how we were getting our things out of the room and trying to make sure we got a refund from this hotel for our 2 nights, I was sitting trying to find a hotel close that had a room. We did finally find a place one town over. As my husband tried to get the manager to give him a receipt showing the refund, the young man working the desk said he would help get our things down. I sat in this hot lobby with no one offering me anything to drink and it was apparent I was in distress. I did finally get a look at the refund as my husband loaded the car.|We later were told that this hotel was getting ready for a complete renovation. Doesn't matter to me I'll not stay there, and as a Hilton Honors member I stay at these hotels when possible.

Very nice accommodation with beautiful view of the lake.Room with a lounge area & couch was perfect for a getaway. Easy access & use of the gazebo on the lake was lovely. Both the room & breakfast area were clean. Breakfast was well stocked & enjoyable. The entire staff gives excellent customer service.

I love Mount Dora! This is a nice little hotel. The rooms are very clean, plenty of towels, beds are a little hard but for the most part comfortable. Ice vending on every floor. Staff are friendly. Not too much around but we DoorDash some food in. It was a nice stay. We will be back.

Huge sinkhole in parking lot that’s only getting larger. Hot water takes 10-12 mins and isn’t very hot at maximum temp, especially on the low numbered rooms per floor. Very kind staff tho was appreciated, but feel like I got a better Hampton experience at other local locations. Won’t revisit.
