Most of the hotel staff were great. Manager Cheryl was top notch. She obviously cared about guests, their needs and their comfort. Manager Donovan on the other hand did not. After checking out, I requested a shuttle to the airport. Another gentleman was already waiting. The guy at the desk ( who was very helpful) called Don to let him know we needed a ride. An hour and a half later, Don, who was at home no less, had not showed up. One of the housekeepers took over the front desk to enable the desk guy to drive us. ||When a guest has a fixed checkout time, they expect that the shuttle service offered will be available without delay. The clear message was that the manager just didn’t care about the guests.

01/27/23 6:00pm A piece of chit reception looks like a giraffe wearing goggles with Hampton uniform that need to have a customer service attitude. This scumbag so rude to us when we check in. I have been guests with Hampton for a very long time and have never seen a low-life piece of chit like this before. How can animals wear human uniforms?

The hotel front desk staff is outstanding. Brandon , Ronni and Cheryl were so friendly and professional. There was a problem with the booking due to a mistake on our companies part. They resolved the issue and checked us in very quickly. What a great team and I hope they get the raises they deserve!

We were so pleased with this extra nice hotel. The room was really clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were comfortable, and the room was very quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable. We were taking the ferry to Michigan early in the morning, so we did not have a chance to have breakfast, but they did have grab bags available for us at 5 am. It took only 18 minutes to reach the ferry, so the location was great.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were good quality, clean, and a good size. They did a wonderful job on the breakfast meals and their dining area for the meals is fantastic. Very nice looking hotel. Definitely check it out.

My wife and I stayed here when we were at a family reunion nearby in Franklin. Overall, it's really good and we were happy to stay there. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. When we had a small problem--our room was missing its blackout curtain--they made sure to take care of that right away. Everything in the room worked well, and the breakfast was the good one we expect from a Hampton Inn, with a better than average breakfast room. It is also easy to get to. It is not far from I-94/43 and is easy to find. It's a very commercial street, so the setting isn't nearly as pretty as many hotels I have been to, but it was very handy for all we wanted to do and see. You can get to downtown very quickly. The neighborhood nearby is safe if plain. I also was able to use some Hilton Rewards points for my stay. ||About the only thing keeping this from being a five star review...one of the worst views I have ever had in a hotel. Now, they were pretty full, and I'll bet 90% of the views are better than ours--but ours was of a gravel rooftop and an unattractive wall you couldn't; see over. That's a pretty minor knock. We would be happy to stay there again!

Overall it was a nice stay, however the water in the pool seemed slightly cool and the tvs on the treadmills didn’t get great reception. The tvs in the room also supposedly had Netflix but I couldn’t figure out how to access that. The rooms were still very clean and the breakfast and coffee were pretty good. The staff I interacted with were also pretty friendly so I would still recommend especially if you want to be close enough to MKE airport.

Jessica the attendant at the desk was extremely helpful and kind. The room was clean and it was a nice stay. Only complaint is that unfortunately another attendant that works night shift never takes his nose out of his phone and doesn’t pay attention. He was also found simply standing at the front desk on his phone while we rang for the front desk for assistance. He stood there ignoring the calls to the desk. Sad. But overall would stay again.
