Overall nice stay. Convenient location. Rooms were clean, staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good and staff kept up with the food and cleaning the tables. Only downside is seating could be improved for breakfast area, sometimes finding a place to sit was difficult. Also the pool, though nicely sized, was like ICE. I couldn't go in with my kids. I would however stay again and would recommend.

My wife, our 9 month old puppy any myself booked this hotel for our first night on our travel from Toronto to Punta Gorda Florida. |The hotel is located across the road from a Walmart and in walking distance to many restaurants in the area. |We received a ‘pet friendly’ room on the second floor. The room was extremely clean and spacious and had all the amenities that we required for a one night stay. Bed was really comfortable and the hotel quiet as a mouse for a Friday night. ||They had a field beside the hotel which as great for walking the dog. Our boy ‘Finley’ became friends with one of the great staff members Garrett. They became instant pals. ||Breakfast was really good with a hot selection along with your other standard continental breakfast fare. ||I would have given the hotel a five-star rating however I found the $50 they charge for a small doggies night stay was excessive. ||All in all we’d definitely stay a night again in the future.

Stayed here for one night on December 16th and it was great! I stayed in a king room and it was spacious, clean and I just felt comfortable. Im terrible with names but the gentleman that checked me in was helpful and kind. The breakfast was good and the dining area clean. I definitely would stay at this location again!

Safe and convenient place. Room is very clean. Soft and semi-firm pillows are a big plus. Breakfast is above average not fantastic. However, the staff there work hard to meet customers' needs and keep the area so tidy. You won't see overflow trashcan, no empty containers because they refill food so fast. Not even breadcrumbs on the counter top. Overall , it was a great stay! I definitely will stay at this hotel for the future Western and Southern Open.

Honestly not the best hotel. I called and booked a king bed room with a late check-in at 1am. When we arrived at that time, no one was at the desk or anywhere in the hotel. I called the front desk and after ringing for a long time, someone finally appeared to help us check in. Despite booking a king room, we were given a two-queen room. When we checked out the next day, again we were met with a desk with no one there. Eventually someone came to help us check out. I asked if there was a price difference and, if so, could they refund us for the difference. They looked into it and said no difference, which seems very odd to me - every other hotel I've stayed at has had a difference in price between king and queen rooms, even if it's $5, and they should have offered me a refund or something just for the mishap in the first place. The tiles were loose in the bathroom, the room didn't feel sparkling clean, customer service was non-existent, and I just wouldn't stay here again. Especially not for $120.

Very quite location. Extremely friendly staff. I stay at Hampton Inn all the time. Their breakfast is generally the same at all. I can't remember their names, but the 2 ladies that cook there take so much pride in it. They combined the same foods and made a spectacular breakfast! Instead of bland scarmabled eggs, they had made a sausage egg and cheese scramble that was soo good with biscuits and gravy 😋

My wife and I stayed for a week while visiting family in SW Ohio. The room was fine and I was happy to see a refrigerator and microwave. We had stayed at Drury on a prior visit and had neither. Hampton had a hot breakfast every morning. A couple mornings, there were omelettes, but every other morning, it was a very crumbly scrambled eggs that were made from powdered eggs. I would rate the breakfast as "okay". Also, we got coffee a couple times in the evening and it was stone cold. When booking our stay, I enquired about the fitness center. I was advised there was a Peloton exercise bike. However, I was disappointed that it had no subscription to the service, so it only offered very basic operation. There is a sticker on the bike that says to call Peloton if experiencing any problems. I called Peloton and they advised me to let the hotel manager know and they could help me sign on. When I told the gentleman at the front desk what Peloton told me, he seemed very uninterested and did not offer to get the subscription activated. But the creme de la creme was one morning, while heading to get breakfast, two female employees were having a screaming contest behind the front desk. It went on for about 10 minutes before they seemed to work our their differences. Everyone in the lobby could hear the argument. Since we have family in the area, we travel to this area frequently. We are looking for a "go to" place to stay. I don't feel like we have found that yet.

I have stayed here 4 times including the first summer they were open and the last about 5 years ago. They are not keeping up what was a very nice place to begin with. Nothing has been replaced that was damaged, a hole in the wall behind the bathroom door just needs a very cheap guard that would cost less than $2.00. The scuffs and marks that happen are easy to clean, but it is apparent no one cares. This leads me to wonder about other cleanliness of the place. They are letting it run down.

A great place to take the family. The drive thru light display is awesome, and then you walk around in an enclosed outdoor village. Plenty to see, definitely worth checking out.
