1st time here, not our last. Great customer service especially from the sweet lady who prepared breakfast. Room was very clean. Pool was a little foggy but nice. We appreciate the great service and breakfast was delicious! Thanks from LS Family!

We booked this hotel, simply because of the 90 degree days we would encounter on our vacation, and it had an outdoor pool! My 3.5 year old was so excited. We got our swim gear on and the lady at the front desk informed us the pool closed this morning. Typically I wouldn't complain but we weren’t informed upon our arrival and it ruined our plans for the duration of our time here.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. 2 Traveling teenage teams were there but they were older girls and quiet. Pool was refreshing. Breakfast buffet had anything that anyone could want.

Awesome ! My wife and I were traveling to Milwaukee from Atlanta . We stopped checked the ratings then unloaded for a night. The staff were very helpful and inviting . The bed was comfortable . The breakfast fueled us up for our journey. |Thank you to all of the staff!!!!

I've stayed at this location for 4 years on the same weekend and 3 of them were amazing. 2024 was horrible!! Asked for a 1st floor handicap room 2 weeks in advance and when I arrived I was put on the 4th floor regular room being told all the handicapped rooms were occupied. None of the 5 USB outlets worked, 3 bulbs were burned out. Asked for new bulbs and no one ever came up. Only one channel on the TV working, the weather channel, asked for a wake up call since alarm clock on the night stand didn't work and never got my call couldn't use phone alarm because USB didn't work, I missed the free continental breakfast which is usually amazing because of the wake up call not happening and then ending it an hour early for some reason. when I checked out person behind desk said there were no handicap rooms occupied all weekend so I didn't have to be on the 4th floor and that I shouldn't have been placed in that room. I don't know what their issue at this location is but I stay at Hampton inn whenever I travel and this location went from a 5 to a 1 within 1 years period. I'll continue to use other Hampton inns but absolutely never this one again!

Consistent Hampton Inn for the quality and is located in an area that is easy to access with lots of restaurant options. ||Clean, new, fully stocked bathroom, slept well. Typical Hampton breakfast options. Great customer service from manager on duty.

Donna at the front desk was awesome. Took care of a problem with the room in no time and with a smile. It was terrific after a long drive!!

Not quite the Hampton Inn we expected. Appears to have been bought out from another brand or a very old Hampton. Entire building, and particularly the room had a smell to it. Not horrid, but the HVAC isn't dehumidifying properly, or linens are being tainted in the wash. Locations was semi-convenient. Just off the interstate but through a run down residential area with roads that appear to have been under construction for a while- torn up asphalt and fill rock lined the edge of the road. Parking was on the other side of the building, away from the houses/apartments and was well lit. The frontage road has more direct access if you enter from one exit to the north near Walmart/Sam's fuel station. Staff was friendly upon our arrival/departure. Breakfast crew was still getting things set out as we left (breakfast opens at 6 and we were a bit early) but they still let us grab a muffin and make a plate of what was already set out, which we appreciated very much.
