Excellent service—efficient, helpful, kind and friendly. Spacious, well appointed room with ample parking. Tasty, hot breakfast. One star deduction on location due to the difficulty when making a left turn across traffic to return to the Interstate—otherwise an excellent location with easy access in close proximity to services and restaurants. Cracker Barrel is within walking distance.

Our stay was pleasurable & the room & surrounding was nice. We left our I-Pad in the room & the staff called us & mailed it to our home. I couldn't be more pleased with the extra attention & service that they afforded us. A big thank you

very clean and well kept property. My room's (301) wall thermostat was out of order. I could manually turn on the window unit.. but the temp dial was broken so my only two options were Sahara or Tundra. I toggled those two every few hours for two nights until my imprisonment in the establishment concluded.

Stayed here on a road trip. The hotel was a standard Hampton, but the beds were way past their prime. I tried both beds in my room and could feel the springs. It was easy to get to from the highway, but I'd probably opt for another hotel if given the choice just based on the mattresses.

The room was fine. The shower was terrible. Absolutely NO water pressure in my 3rd floor room. Breakfast was passable, barely. I almost wish they wouldn't offer it since I can't get reimbursed for breakfast if the hotel offers one. Pool was closed and will be for oong term, kind of a bummer as I didn't know that when making the reservation. It would be nice if Hilton Online booking would let you know that kind of thing, especially since it's going to be closed for a few months. Would I stay there again? Yes, BUT only if it's the only Hilton property around.

Very outdated and run-down, basically a MOTEL 6 at Hampton rates. Room had mold in shower, smelled nasty in the bathroom and sink did not drain. Bed was not comfortable as well. When front desk was advised. . .it was like talking to a deer in the headlight. Overall a very bad experience unlike any other Hampton's ever stayed at in past 40 years as a Life Time Diamond member.

This was a nice hotel. Easy access to and from Interstate. Convenient location for restaurants, gas stations, etc. Clean and staff was very friendly. The hotel was also improving the grounds and keeping it looking good.

Was very impressed. This was our first hotel stay with a baby, and I had no idea what to expect for options. They had not just a basic pack n play, but an actual metal rolling mini crib! Great condition, worked wonderfully! Glad we didn't have to unload our pack n play from the car. So much easier to have this mini crib on wheels!
