I was very impressed, customer service was awesome, and my need was met. The facility was very clean. My room was clean as well, and the breakfast was good, but there was no orange juice or any juice provided, which made no sense to me. I will definitely stay again when I return for another visit.

Front office staff: Kia, Samantha and Relisha were friendly & super helpful.|I am a light sleeper and requested a quiet room. We were given room 503 and it was the best two nights ever spent at a hotel! Breakfast from 6 AM until 10 AM had great food choices: 2 waffle machines with all the toppings, several hot choices such as scrambled eggs, sausage , biscuits & gravy, oatmeal and grits: then also toast, danish, muffins, coffee (24/7) juice, milk , yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal with apples & oranges. Used the pool and it was refreshing. Outdoor patio had lots of seating, a fire pit & a grill to use. We highly recommend this hotel!

This Hampton Inn never disappoints. We have stayed here several times. From digital check in to express check out, our stay was exceptional. The room was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and breakfast was very good. Will definitely stay again if we need a hotel in this area.

The service is outstanding. Getting text messages checking in on guest was a warm touch. Staff are friendly and nice. Around the clock coffee and hot water for tea is very convenient. Hotel is a bit dated in decor and has a certain odor, but relatively clean in public areas and room. We stayed on the 4th floor with 2 queen beds. There were two elevators, but one was broken the days we were there on a weekend. The one working was a bit loud in its working gear and not a smooth ride. Breakfast has lots of selection, but only tasted OK.

The friendliest staff I've ever dealt with and helped with whatever we needed. I also received a text from the front desk after I got settled in to make sure everything was ok. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. My stay here was flawless. 10/10 would recommend!

I recently stayed at this hotel while visiting town for a concert. The room was lovely, the breakfast was nice, but most importantly Regina was fantastic to speak to every single time we came into the building. She's helpful, attentive, and her attitude is the best I've seen. I'll be sure to only stay in this hotel every single time I come through the area.

There was only 1 working elevator and you have to wait minutes at a time to go downstairs or up to your room. The rooms were very clean. The continental breakfast was good. The check-in staff was great.

This hotel is very close to the Gas South Arena, Duluth. Great stay for a night after watching a show at the Arena. Friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was very good. Best part is that it is literally across the road from the shopping area Sugarloaf Mills - has loads of big brands, all indoor, with a very good food-court and several other eateries.
