Hampton Inn Las Vegas/Summerlin - Hotel in Las Vegas - 7100 Cascade Valley Ct, USA

Hotel was very nice and clean. The check in staff was very friendly. The only reason I gave 4 stars on service was due to when checking out at 430 am, the gentlemen was a little short with me asking why I wanted a receipt. The location was just right outside of the busy Vegas area, nice location beautiful scenery. A lot cheaper than staying on the strip. This will be my go to hotel when in town.

It's a decent enough hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the facilities were well maintained. The front desk staff on our first night there was too busy talking among themselves to help with a guest request, but the rest of the staff throughout our stay was excellent.

I was there for a week earlier this month. The customer service was excellent. The room size was great. The hotel as a whole was very clean. The continental breakfast was terrific!! The staff was very nice. Personally, I have no complaints and I would use them again

This was my second and last stay here. I was here for work. The first time, I had a huge suite on the first floor with a great set up for working. I thought I booked the same type room for my recent stay, but found I was in the fourth floor in a room with a really odd floor plan and a tiny work space facing a wall. ||The second visit, the bed was so soft my back hurts. The sheets were too small for the bed and the comforter fabric felt cheap and awful. There is a kitchenette that was nice enough, but no paper plates or utensils that i've always found at comparable hotels. ||The employees were friendly enough and the service was good. They appear to be short handed and my room didn't get serviced one day before I got home from work at 4:30. I do understand many business have staffing challenges, but I still would have appreciated service.||The deal breaker was security. The first time I was there, an employee told me his truck had been broken into in the middle of the day, parked right next to the pool. This time, another guest told me his truck had been broken in to and ransacked the night before. I drove to Vegas for work, so it was my own car and not a rental I was parking there. I was nervous each morning that I would come out and find my car damaged. I tried to find another hotel so I could leave, but the big CES convention was in town and everything was booked.||There are ways to add cameras 📷 r security to the parking areas that might help cut down on the car break ins. I won't stay here again.

It’s nothing fancy, just your basic hotel. I am so impressed however with just how clean everything was! Great job! We were at two fancy hotels before this one and were met with a baby roach and a shower curtain with pink slime at the bottom. The breakfast was good too. I think there was a good variety and everyone found something that they wanted eat.

I understand the rules of many Hilton policies, surrounding F&F discounts, I worked for Hilton. I also understand the level of service that Hilton expects from Front Desk personnel. There are times when a FS Associate should feel empowered to make a decision that is in the best interest of the guest, if it’s not hurting the hotel. I was dealing with airline delays due to bad weather in Denver and just needed my husband to be able to check in until I could get there. I offered to send my itinerary to show I was coming, because he arrived before me, I even offered to pay for all nights up front. Maria and Adriana, would not budge and Maria made me a pay a full night by noon or she was gonna cancel my reservation. I’ve always paid at check in and have never had a Hilton property threaten to cancel my reservation for not paying for a night by noon the day of check in. I felt like she was being spiteful and petty and the fact that there was no manager or person of authority to escalate to, made it worse. I was also advised by Adriana that she reached out to the manager, who was not in, and they supported not allowing my husband to check in is super unfortunate. The only thing offered was for me to make a separate reservation for my husband, even though I paid for a night already, and I could check in tomorrow. Why!!!! I will be there tonight. In all my Hilton experiences I’ve never went to the extent of leaving a review, because I’ve always dealt with reasonable individuals. Stuff happens, weather happens, life happens and the fact these young ladies didn’t see this as an opportunity to go above and beyond, but instead really go out of their way to say No, with a smile and even escalate with the threat of cancellation, left a horrible impression of this particular property, I’ll never book here again.

Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is served continental or omelets and eggs cooked to order. Buffett includes fresh fruit, hash browns, breakfast meats, and all beverages included in the room rate. Set your alarm. The pool is most crowded in the evening. Nice self-laundry. The gym is clean but not sanitized between users. Take your own wipes.

This hotel would get a high rating except for a couple major things. I expect to get a good nights sleep. Not possible when traffic noise is constant all night long. Not only is interstate just outside so is the onramp so everyone guns it as they entered the interstate. Turned fan on Hvac on high and used earplugs but it was so loud it couldn’t drown it out. Worst night sleep on 2 week trip. Probably explains why they don’t have online check in so you can pick a room. Plus side is nice large room.
