Pleasantly surprised with the quality and newly remodeled facility. The room was large with all needed amenities. Checkin went smoothly and the host was superb. Excellent staff that was friendly and courteous!||I will stay here again on our next trip north.

We had a reservation of two rooms reserved for our family well in advance of our scheduled stay. At check-in the poor sap they put out front had to inform us that "Unfortunately, they were overbooked, but not to worry, we would be fully refunded." We didn't want a refund. We wanted our reserved rooms. No communication from Hampton ahead of time so now we were left scrambling late on a Saturday night to find a remaining room in Kirksville, Missouri. Completely unacceptable. Rooms: 1 star. They sold ours. Service: 1 star. Nice clerk, but what an awful explanation and solution he was trained to offer. Location: 5 stars. Why we originally booked our reservation.

Good place to stay. 4th time here. They didn't have my reservation when I arrived but did find it after I showed them my app. Gave me a room that was already occupied. Thankfully, the person wasn't in the room and I returned to the desk. Was given a different room, a little bigger and no one in that one thankfully. I think I will try a different hotel next time I go.

My wife and I stayed here two nights. It was wonderful. Great staff, great room, wonderful experience!! There was a horrible thunderstorm and flash flooding and we didn't even know because the place was essentially sound proof. We would stay again! I used to be a Diamond Member but work changes and I no longer get to stay regularly at a Hilton. We always got Cadillac treatment!! Great location too. Breakfast was good. Complainers should stay at some other place in town that I guarantee is a flea bag!! Hilton is awesome!!

Super nice staff! Rooms were very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was delicious! I accidently left my glasses in our room and the staff offered to mail them to me! Too notch establishment!

Like most other Hampton Inns, this one meets expectations. Housekeeping was exceptional, the place was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, staff is friendly and helpful.|The eating area isn't large, but it is adequate. |I would stay here again.|

I had a terrible experience with the Hampton Inn of Kirksville. On the 7th of August, around 8pm, I checked in to the suite I had reserved at the hotel and was given a key card to a suite that was still soiled and dirty from the previous guest. Upon my return to the front desk, I was told that there were no other rooms available that matched the reservation type and was then down graded to a queen room. As a Hilton Diamond member, I've stayed at this hotel several times and management/service continues its downward spiral each time I've visited. The hotel is very cheaply constructed and and the management style follows suit. If you are looking to actually receive what you pay for, I'd recommend considering other hotels in the area.

Great place to stay very quiet clean and accommodating. Workers were friendly helpful and dining for breakfast was alright too will definitely stay again
