Hampton Inn Kernersville - Hotel in Kernersville - 150 Clayton Forest Rd, USA

Hosting a large family gathering and we booked everyone at this location. Checking in was easy, my parents loved the ease and friendliness of the staff. The hotel is very clean and everyone is nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is great, near several places where one can walk and grab a quick bite, as well as a nearby convivence store that has a good variety of sodas/snacks. The hotel front desk also has food/water available for purchase. Overall, very happy the family chose this location as our "rally" point.

I am here at this hotel due to training for a new work position in Greensboro. I will be here for 4 nights. I have had the pleasure to deal with some nice people at the front desk especially Samantha. She was a friendly face when I first arrived with a great disposition (which was very welcoming after a long drive). I have since then witnessed her with other customers and in handling situations with respect courtesy and kindness. She is definitely a shining star at this location someone to be valued and well compensated for sure.

My travel baseball team and I have been to kernersville two times in the past month and you couldn't ask for a better friendly staff. From the breakfast personnel to Samantha Green the assistant general manager! They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and are very friendly. Highly recommend this location.

Decent breakfast selection, beds were comfortable, showers were good, and windows had blackout shades. Air conditioner was a little loud when cycling on and off but no complaints

I called and made a reservation and was quoted $111.00 for the room. After signing up for a silver member club where I gave my info and credit card info to hold the room. So I checked in with Angelica and then this morning checking out the girl charged me $186.30. Told me she couldn’t fix it and to call later. I called and spoke with Robin who couldn’t help me so she passed me off to the assistant district manager and she refused to listen or help. Repeatedly said, “They never have rates that low.” Then told me I was out of luck. Then to call the front desk only never their company number. I’ll be booking with best western from now on. Lost my business.

Armstrong in the kitchen made you feel like a guest in her own home. So upbeat, positive and accomadating to all who entered. Theresa was so warm and compationate to my ailing husband, never asked what was wrong just offered the items she thought might help. I have never been treated better by 2 Hampton Inn employees and I highly recommend you stay at this hotel just to meet them!

The room was okay, I travel a lot for work and Hampton Inns almost always have hair somewhere in the room and this was no exception. However the bigger issue was that the entryway smelled like urine for 2 days?? Then that was combined with the fragrant smell of cookies they were baking. HATED that.

Was in town for a graduation and stayed at this location. The hotel was clean and location was near local resturants. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the sounds you can hear from your neighboring rooms. We were on the 3rd floor and we could hear the people walking and moving around, and I could also hear the person in the room next to us snoring. It wasn't too bad for a one night stay however if you are looking for a place to relax ask for a top floor and a empty room beside yiu because the walls are thin.
