Hampton Inn Kansas City/Liberty - Hotel in Kansas City - 8551 Church Rd, USA

The room was clean. The pool was swimmable. Breakfast area was cleaned and well staffed. We came for an overnight stay to swim. I liked that they had pool noodles and plenty of towels. The towels were not the crappy tiny kind but were good size so that you could dry off well. The hotel is in a good location, and there was not a lot of traffic noise. It also has the nice room darkening blinds that you operate from the wall.

Very good service and staff. Everyone in the front counter was incredibly friendly, as well as the people from the service. Installations are clean, comfortable, in a very good state. Included wifi and guest laundry were a good bonus. And complementary breakfast was also quite good. Very tasty with good selection of stuff daily.

A wonderful stay! I arrived very early expecting to just leave my bags at the hotel while I explored, but they had a room ready and checked me in right away! The room itself was clean and spacious. Nothing necessarily special or different compared to other hotel rooms, but it had all that I needed. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature was easy to control in my room. The staff were all friendly and professional. It's close to plenty of things to do (food, shopping, etc.) and is close to highways. Will definitely stay here again if ever I'm back in KC! Thank you to all the staff!!

The room was clean and staff was polite but the fire alarm went off atleast 5x a day including at 1am and 4am for no reason without warning. The staff had no way of stopping it. So it made it almost impossible to sleep for the 5 days and nights I was there. There was no way to get a refund or get moved to a seperate hotel.

Overall, a great stay. We will choose to come back here when we visit KC. My absolute biggest “thing” about hotel stays is that there are no bugs and I don’t feel paranoid about bugs.. and that was not a concern here. The hotel was very clean. Plenty of towels and soaps, shampoo, etc. Beds were fabulous. Ashley at front desk was kind upon checking in. The rest of the staff we encountered were “so-so”. Only area I feel the hotel could use work is the pool area. Just kind of blah, doesn’t get deeper than 4.5ft, didn’t feel the cleanest, etc. Breakfast was decent, pretty standard/average for hotel breakfasts. I liked how breakfast went until 10.. my family is not always the best at early rising.

What a great experience! Everything was so clean, the room was large and the bed comfortable. The breakfast offered a delicious variety. I spoke to the sweet lady who did all of the cooking for breakfasts. She was delightful. We were very pleased with our stay. Highly recommended!!

This is an excellently maintained property that was very clean. All the staff from check in to breakfast were very kind and helpful. As a diamond member I would stay here first over some other higher tier Hilton properties in the area that are not nearly as clean. This is our second stay here and both times were fantastic!

This was our first stay at this Hampton Inn. It was on our way home to Texas and allowed dogs. I was greeted and welcomed when checking in and the hotel looked very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. We will be staying here again! Highly recommend.
