The girl that worked Sunday 1/14/24 had EXCELLENT Customer Service. She greeted us warmly and accommodated all our needs. Hotel floors were clean, smelled good. Pool was clean and everything was available and in proper working order. The breakfast area was clean, stocked and well maintained. Coffee tastes great. The bed and pillows, so comfy. The cleaning crew ladies were very helpful and accommodating. Their great hospitality made my husband's birthday turn out wonderful.

My family moved across country and this was one of our stops; I traveled with my three daughters under three and a friend who came to help my traveling circus. All staff members were super nice and welcoming. Even breakfast there was a nice gal who kept helping get my daughter blueberries and all my girls some juice with lids. Great experience, definitely highlighted by my next hotel experience (not same brand), I wasn’t even told by the next place where I wasn’t even told the basics of where my room was and simplest way to get to it! Thank you for making this stop in a long move easier, memorable, and making us feel that we belonged there. True hospitality.

Owner ran my credit card thru for the full room rental amount, the day I booked room. He did not inform me, however I seen It debit my account. I needed to cancel, the room, 2 days before my reserved arrival date, during that conversation, Owner stated I will not receive a refund. Asked me why I was canceling, when I replied "I'm sick". Owner asked what kind of sick? Very rude Owner.

The location is quiet and wonderful and just a little bit outside the city, so that makes it even more cozy. The staff was very accommodating and they were playing college football, yay, in the lobby!!! Now the beds are oh my word👍🏻. It was a family reunion and we had a great time and when we finally stopped giggling, talking and snacking, we slept Very Good!!!

I'm a business traveler that stays close to 80 nights a year in hotels. This is the Quality rating system I've come up with. Quality Rated out of 5 1. Room: 4 2. Bed: 5 3. Shower: 4 4. TV: 4 5. Workout Center: 4 6. Location: 4 7. Overall Stay Experience: 5 30/35 This is definitely a solid B property. Comfortable enough hotel that is somewhat modern but maybe could use an upgrade soon. Good overall quality Hampton.. I would recommend for business stays

Regrettably, my stay at the Hampton Inn was far from satisfactory. Even with a refunded amount, the false smoking accusation, coupled with subpar service, led to considerable inconveniences, leaving a lasting negative impression. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Very clean. Nice updated room with comfy beds. Great continental breakfast with biscuits, sausage, and omelets. Only problem we had, and this was no fault of the hotel, was Godzilla on the floor above us stomping back and forth all night.

Great customer service all around. Easy check in, great location, great pool and a filling breakfast with great cold and hot options. Would absolutely stay again.
