This place is a great value! Nice, spacious and clean rooms with good amenities. Staff was very friendly. Great breakfast offerings with lots of room to sit. It's also located near a lot of restaurants. This will be my go-to place to stay whenever I need to stay in Jonesboro.

This was hands down one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. The staff made me feel more than welcomed and the amenities were amazing. I absolutely loved my stay here. I can not emphasize enough how nice the hotel staff was!

Second time staying with Hilton. Previous stay was at a Doubletree convention center which wasn’t bad. Hampton Inn Jonesboro was nothing impressive and we should have immediately checked out but was too exhausted after being on the road for 14hrs. I spent 5yrs working hotels and I travel every weekend the first six months of every year. Manly Choice and Marriott’s but wanted to try something new. This will be my last personal stay with Hilton unless the organization I volunteer with holds a conference at one.

We had an amazing stay at Hampton Inn. The room was clean and the staff, particularly Angie at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. The meals prepared by the amazing Ms. Tequila were exemplary, and she went above and beyond to make sure our breakfast dining experiences were first class. The overall experience was akin to a second home during our short stay in Jonesboro! Thank you Hampton Inn staff for your kindness and thoughtfulness!

Attempts to spruce up this old property largely failed. Lobby and breakfast area are nice, hallways and elevator yucky, our room was half & half. Beds were comfy, good pillows & new towels but walls needed paint and corners hadn't seen a vacuum or mop for a LONG time. Staff was helpful but overworked...the desk attendant was next door with a plunger. Maid staff was very friendly and everyone wished us "safe travels". Breakfast ok.

AK is extremely professional he is the general manager he goes out of his way definitely goes out of his way to help guest. If there’s anything that I mishap he’ll take care of it. I was impressed by that I was impressed with how loyal he is to his uncle, who owns the place, he tries to turn everything around and I do have to say that I see huge things for AK he definitely kept an open line of communication, and he handled the situation that was most unfortunate, and but it went out of his way to fix everything completely a terrific person. I would stay here again.

There was a lot of humidity in the building and our room. The room was clean the check in was seamless. The fire alarm coming on at 630 was NOT cool. What a wake up call. Apparently someone was burning toast.

I had a phenomenal experience and the stay was quite pleasant. I was helped by Whitney and Angie and the service was amazing. They took care of my needs and made the stay worthwhile. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn if you're passing thru Jonesboro. Thank you again and best of luck.
