Hampton Inn Jefferson City at Capital Mall - Hotel in Jefferson City - 4800 Country Club Dr, USA

The internet didn’t work. I was told I could go next door and use the internet at the Comfort Inn. ||Then I went to put some leftover pizza in the refrigerator and there was no fridge. The ladies at the front desk told me that the owners were advised by corporate that they only needed to have refrigerators in the King Study rooms. So they removed working refrigerators from every other room. I have no idea what they did with them.||I’m moving tomorrow. This four|night stay is now a one night stay.

A little deodorant wouldn’t hurt you you know who you are. The staff for the morning breakfast was excellent. It’s not a serve breakfast, but it is an attended and it’s very well attended the person who did the attending was kept everything filled really did a great job. There was two of them by the way, it’s one of the best breakfast is for A hotel that I’ve had a long time had biscuits and gravy had potatoes, sausage eggs everything you could possibly think of on a regular hotel breakfast. It also had some amenities like walnuts for your oatmeal. Four types of different juices. It was a very good breakfast.

If you’re holding it to the standards of a Hilton you may be disappointed. It is a clean Hotel, I didn’t find the staff to be overly friendly, but with that being said they also were not rude, almost like we equally didn’t want to be there. 😝 I didn’t exactly enjoy riding the elevator with a housekeeping cart. Let me be clear, just the cart and smelly mop bucket (no employee) If it had been accompanied by a worker, I get it you’re working, but no this thing was abandoned in the elevator..and it stunk. All said, I would and probably will stay here again…it’s just not great for a Hamilton Inn.

Service was excellent. The room was clean, large and in good condition. Our room smelled like pets were in our room and a cheap pet deodorizer was used. Once turning on the air it dispated a bit. It wasn't awful.Breakfast was okay. At least it was hot. Eating area clean. Hotel was a short drive to the sites in Jefferson City.

The morning front desk staff is incompetent. As a business traveler I rely on hotel services to do my job. One being dry cleaning - which the hotel offers. Amanda lied to management and to me when she made a mistake. As a Diamond member I do not appreciate the lies. The hotel is average at best in every other way. Not fit for business travelers. Will be staying at Marriott next trip to town

Clean nice rooms comfortable beds. Plenty of electric outlets. Breakfast good. Front desk excellent.

If you are looking for an absolutely fabulous motel, the Hampton Inn at the Capital Mall in Jefferson City, Missouri, is the one! My husband and I were on a trip for business and stayed there for 4 nights. The King bed, the pillows, the bathroom and shower were all SUPER clean and perfect! They have an awesome breakfast and Christine makes sure you have everything you need!

This is a really nice Hampton Inn. The room and bathroom were extremely clean. I liked the decor of the room. I didn’t like the harsh white lighting as I prefer warm lighting in a hotel room but I’m being picky I think on that. Breakfast had a decent selection of items. I would stay here again for business in Jeff City!
