Hampton Inn Indianapolis NW/Zionsville - Hotel in Whitestown - 6005 S Main St, USA

The room was clean enough, but the breakfast was extremely dissapointing and I think the only person I didn't see sitting on their phone was the gentleman who checked us in and repeatedly had to ask for fresh coffee during breakfast and the staff were literally sitting on their phone behind the desk.

Stayed for 1 night to get some much needed sleep while on a road trip. Check in was okay. The person doing my check-in was very friendly. When I mentioned we had a dog she stated that would be an additional $75 non-refundable fee. We’ve become accustomed to this additional fee but it’s typically been in the $35 range. This fee was never mentioned when I called the hotel directly when booking my room to ensure there were no weight or breed restrictions for dogs.|The room is very nice. It’s spacious and clean. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin and the intention of getting some much needed rest was not accomplished. We listened to doors slamming throughout the night. We had a “connecting” type room and we could almost hear word for word what the guests in the other room were saying. The traffic noise was quite distracting also.

The most remarkable comment I can make is about the staff, in particular, Tye & Isabel . . . they delivered 110% guest satisfaction! When you have individuals like this managing, everything else just falls in place. One of the best hotel experiences we've ever had.

Mediocre at best. Hampton Inns (now Hilton owned) are dated and so-so for cleanliness; this hotel is no exception. The rooms are rather dark and everything is as basic as it can be. I find other hotels at this price point, including the newer Holiday Inn Express Whitestown (across the street) to be brighter and cleaner. The Hampton Inn "bot" will chime in below asking me to contact them with details, but I have just given the details so just walk around and open your eyes Hilton. The only real positive: staff is friendly. I would stay here again only if no other hotels were available. 3-stars, mainly for staff and location.

Our experience at the Hampton Inn Indianapolis NW/Zionsville was exactly what we expected from our favorite go to hotel chain. We were warmly received and recognized as valued Hilton Honors members, the rooms were ultra comfortable (I love the pillows and perfect weight of comforters) and the breakfast was substantial and offered in a clean setting. Our son was graduating from Purdue University, and this Hampton was an easy distance from his commencement ceremony!

I was in the room one night, the next day I woke up with my window completely covered with paper. They were doing a painting job and apparently fail to ask me if I would still decide to stay in the room. When I called the front desk to inquire about the covered window, I was told it would be a few minutes but there was no resolution until I checked out.

The front desk clerk was very nice and friendly, room and bathroom clean was stocked with plenty wash clothes and towels, ice machine on ever floor great breakfast

Isabel at check in is amazing! Always remembers my name and makes certain I’m satisfied with my visit, including if I have any special requests. Morning breakfast is clean with many options, varies by day.
