Hampton Inn Houston/Humble-Airport Area - Hotel in Humble - 20515 US-59, USA

As always, this is a very well maintained, clean and comfortable hotel. In fact, our room was immaculately clean and the hotel staff was very pleasant. It’s very conveniently located near IAH airport and very close to I-69. In fact, it’s so close to the busy highway that light sleepers might have a problem with almost nonstop traffic noise. That’s certainly not the hotel’s fault but it’s something to be considered when choosing a location. I was also disappointed with the breakfast at this Hampton Inn. It wasn’t what I’ve grown accustomed to at a Hampton. Not much of a selection and very similar to the cheaper hotel chains. I’ll go to McDonald’s for breakfast next time. Other than traffic noise and a mediocre breakfast, it’s a nice hotel.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean. Staff at the front desk, the cleaning staff, and the people serving breakfast we're all kind and courteous. So I had a pleasant stay.

The address will have you driving coming from the airport and tells you that you arrived in the middle of the freeway on the right. You have to do a 9 minute u turn and pay attention that you don't pass it. The tv did not work at all. Room and hallway had a weird smell. Only nice thing is theres a mini fridge and microwave

I do not usually take the time to leave a review as I hate saying a lot of negative things but feel obligated to be honest- so I don’t leave them.||The room was very clean and well appointed. I loved all the pull-out shelves, outlets and USB ports. The whole place looks fresh and clean. Either new or remodeled.||The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home. ||The AC was great. You could set it to 65 and it would actually get there.||The staff were all friendly.||The breakfast was not generic, but really good. I could have made a meal of the potatoes alone. My husband said the sausage had flavor for once. ||And the gal working it, by herself, was on top of Everything! Nothing ran out, and if it did, she was right behind you with the re-fill. You didn’t have to inform her, she already knew. She kept the place clean and stocked and it was very busy.||I had to tip her I was so impressed. ||The AC had a leak but you couldn’t see it on the carpet, no fault of theirs if they didn’t know. They do now and I’m sure it will be fixed ASAP. ||I would most definitely stay here again if in the area.||Thank you for such a wonderful stay – and providing such a comfortable bed.|| ||||

Nice hotel. Clean, adequate. However don’t come here if you have a nice vehicle. Our GMC Denali Hd was stolen from the parking lot by some criminals who knew exactly what they were doing. Word on the street is this is the 4th stolen vehicle from there this week. It would have been nice to know that before booking here. Maybe the staff is in on it. Who knows. Just beware if you plan to stay here.

Reserved connecting rooms for myself husband and grandkids for my daughters wedding. I went by hotel and tried to check in early and drop|Our stuff but he manager Mr Bruce only one room was available at that time but wouldn't have the connecting room|I told him I'll just wait and check in later|I used one of the conference rooms to put my make up on and changed at venue. Great wedding. But I get to hotel after the reception and one room was cancelled. I was very upset and they really didn't care. It was a total of 5 of us and had to share a room after a long long day and tired. In the morning, Manager said I tried called u to ask if I still needed room? But that I didn't answer and also said he left voice mail. I hadn't checked my phone because I was at my daughters event.|I checked my phone later and yes missed calls but NO MESSAGE RECORDED. He lied to my face.||Be aware if you have a reservation.|Even though I had made reservations with points, it's still valid! I was so angry because I had talked to him face to face earlier yesterday afternoon.|My friend attended wedding and stayed at same hotel During her check|Out she asked is that normal procedure for|Hilton and more|For Hilton Diamond members He said well she is only silver. Like we didn't matter Awful management

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE! The service staff was so rude and ignored us nearly the whole we were here. This white lady at the front desk had ignored my sisters when trying to buy snacks at the front shop. This black male had barely told us anything about the hotel when treating us, practically just told us to pay and leave. AND THERE WERE BUGS ON THE BED FOR 2 NIGHTS (that I am aware of). Would never come again; the kitchen staff was great and had prepared good food though... props to them <3
