Hampton Inn Hot Springs - Hotel in Hot Springs - 151 Temperance Hill Rd, USA

I have stayed in about 17 different cities this year and approximately 4 brands. This was by far the best Hampton Inn I have stayed in. It far exceeds all my experiences with my Marriott stays this year—and all others. With this stay, I’ve decided to devote my travel in 2024 to Hilton properties (I am a long time Marriott traveler). I would stay at this property and other Hiltons of this level without hesitation. You know what you get…and this experience exceed expectations. Very clean rooms. Amazing complimentary breakfast. Great rate. In-app checkin and check out. If I travel back to Hot Springs, this will my choice of hotels.

My friend and I stayed here because it was a convenient location near Magic Springs water park. It was very clean. Nice staff. Paul was very great at check-in and even gave us water after our long drive. In the morning the breakfast was great. There was a lot to choose from and the kitchen staff introduced themselves to me. They didn’t just have scrambled eggs they had omelettes, oatmeal, sausage, etc and great breakfast overall. I enjoyed the stay. It also wasn’t far from many restaurants and groceries stores but we weren’t able to make many of those in time since we came on a Sunday and stayed at the water park all day.

Spacious room, well appointed. Comfy bed, huge tv, fast internet, great shower. The room and the entire property is very clean and neat. The location is convenient with plenty of dining and service options. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Good value hotel for an enjoyable overnight stay.

I gave this hotel two stars because the staff was very nice and welcoming. However, my sister and I were so disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. The first room they gave us had the door propped open when we went to unpack. The cleaning lady told us that it smelled like blood in there and she was airing it out and to go and request another room. We appreciated that. So they assigned us another room and there was blood stains on the sheets and pillow, there was trash on the floor when we walked in, the bathtub has pink slime and black mold on it, and we found a lot of black hair all over the walls and counters of the bathroom (my sister and I are blonde). I told the front desk employees and they were very apologetic and said they will send someone in the morning for a full service cleaning. I was happy with that. We went that night and got Lysol wipes, hand soap, Lysol spray, and flip flops to wear in the shower, and cleaned the room ourselves until the cleaning staff could come in the next morning. Much to our dismay, when we got back to the hotel from our busy day the next afternoon, no one had come and cleaned the room. I went downstairs and the lady at the desk was apologetic and said that the cleaning staff had checked it off that they had cleaned it. I informed her they did not. The hotel was booked up and they had no available double queen beds left. They offered a king with a pullout couch, but I didn’t trust the cleanliness of the pullout couch, so I declined. I asked that someone please come in and do a full service and she assured me someone would be in that next morning since the staff was gone for the day. I even showed her the pillow with blood splatter and she agreed she would not want to sleep on that. She was kind enough to give me a new pillow. The staff did come the next morning, but the bathtub had not been cleaned and the blood stained sheets and pillow were still there. They just made the beds and put new towels in the bathroom. Disappointed and disgusted is an understatement. I have stayed in so many Hilton’s and this was by far the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We were promised that the manager Patel would give us a call and we have heard nothing yet. After this experience, I will be having second thoughts about staying in any Hinton hotel.

While Jamie and Paul at the front desk and Janet doing breakfast were all amazing, professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. However, I would NEVER stay here again! We asked about changing a room from a King bed to 2 Queen beds and if the price would be the same. Was told by a manager yes. Completed the check-in process, except room keys because it was early and we were on our way to Magic Springs Water Park. Returned and a new front desk representative, Mikey tells me she's charging me a different rate. As I'm explaining my situation and what transpired earlier in the day, she proceeds to yell at me "the manager was wrong, this is per the owner". I couldn't believe her response, I tell her that I'm going to the side to make a phone call and to decide if we are going to actually stay there, etc. She was very strange, dismissive, and majority lacked conflict resolution skills. We decided to keep the King bed and post our review. My parents had a room across from us and their AC unit leaked and when they woke up the next morning their entire floor was soaking wet (along with personal items). Thankfully we were able to move my parents into a new room, WITHOUT additional issues! After we received our bills via email, 3 of the same rooms (1 King bed) two of them had different prices/tax rates or something! Seems shady!

Be careful renting here. Your room has to be in prestine condition when you leave or they will charge you $250 cleaning fee. Take pics before you leave to protect yourself

Clean and refreshing hotel and excellent staff , extremely courteous and made me feel sooo welcome. Loved the free hot breakfast too!|Will be coming back!|Peggy was extremely sweet and I felt like given by her a hug!

This hotel is ABSOLUTELY wonderful and Paul and Katy deserve the most absolute PRAISE for making our one year wedding anniversary the best ever! My wife and I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone! Many thanks!
