Hampton Inn Hibbing - Hotel in Hibbing - 4225 9th Ave W, USA

We had an amazing experience and I will absolutely be staying again. -Front Desk: We stayed in winter time and the floor was always clean and dry. Jen checked us in and was kind and patient. The snack shop had a lot of options and they were priced well! Coffee was always hot and fresh. Cute little things, like funny cup holders are always a cute touch. This might sound silly but I also appreciate that they offered a baggage cart. It was just thoughtful and I appreciated it. -Housekeeping: We ran into Patty, the housekeeper, in the hallway and she was THE SWEETEST! She interacted with my daughter about her little suitcase and my daughter talked about it all day! I specifically asked the front desk for her name so I could call her out in this review. She was so kind. -Rooms: We stayed in a King with a pull out sofa. The rooms were spotless, smelled fresh, and were the right temperature. Beds were soft and the comforter was nice and warm, not just a thin blanket like you'll get in some places. Shower had great pressure and we never had issues with water temp. Never heard any noise from the hall. -Amenities: Pool was so cute, they had intertubes and beach balls for the kids to use. Nice size hot tub. What you would expect. Continental breakfast was good too! They had plenty of options and lots of condiments

Lisa and all the front desk staff were amazing. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and attendants kept the area clean and stocked.

Awesome experience with Hampton inn as always! Room was clean, hotel was quiet, bed was comfortable, room was cold, and breakfast options were good.

Arrived at 6pm on Saturday, front desk person just sold a water to a previous customer. Told her we were checking in, she told me to "wait a minute, I'm finishing something up". She asked for my name, which I told her, she handed me my keys and I asked why the digital key didn't work and she said it was due to system issues. That was the length of our conversation. No information about the hotel, breakfast hours or that the pool was not working, which was sad due to the fact that we wanted to use the hot tub, but it was filled with kids that should have been in the pool. IMO, she probably shouldn't be doing customer service. The room was comfortable and clean other than the scuff marks on the walls. As i said before, the pool was out of order, so that wasn't ideal. Breakfast cheesy egg/ham mixture and the sausages were not even warm. Would have been nice to eat a hot breakfast. Rest of the normal continental breakfast items were available. I would like to give a shout out to the staff member working the breakfast area, she was the only employee that actually seemed to have a great attitude. I didn't catch her name though. We stay at Hilton properties exclusively, but if there was a different option in Hibbing we would stay there.

The place could use some updating and cleaning. The pillows smell sweaty and just marks and dirt all over the walls. Toilet was leaking. It is sad to see things go down hill so much in Hibbing. And then 230.00 for a nightbis ridiculous.

Lisa at head desk the most pleasant lady. Beds great! Clean halls and rooms. The pool always seems to be very cold. Wish they would bump it up even 5 degrees would be helpful. Breakfast is good.

Stayed a week to visit friends. The hotel is fairly new and well maintained. Very clean.Staff very warm, friendly, and helpful. Beds comfy. Quiet. Several hot complimentary breakfast choices available. Spacious eating area doubles as pleasant place to visit friends. Good location. Good value for the price. Was there during summer tourist season. I would recommend this Hampton Inn to friends.
