We have stayed here several times when in town on business. The front desk and breakfast staff are awesome - very nice, professional, and helpful. 10/10 for the staff and amenities. However, this visit we used the Government rate and were assigned to a special disability accessible room. The smell of dog was overpowering and really awful. The bathroom stunk to high heaven and it looked as if someone tried to wipe the door and shower walls down with a muddy rag. We didn't arrive until almost 1am, and made due with what we had due to exhaustion. However, the room was not ready for a guest bc the animal smell is extremely overpowering. As a dog owner, I know wet-dog when I smell it, and this was someone using the bathroom as a dog wash. It stunk so badly in there and that room and bathroom need a very deep clean. The staff and amenities were fantastic, great location, too....but the rooms (Room 131!!) need a deep clean and some attention.

This hotel is very clean and modern. The staff is exceptionally helpful with anything that you need. We had reserved 13 rooms for a wedding on 10/21/23 and the staff was very helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay there again! Our block of rooms were on the Valley side of the hotel and the view was so pretty during leaf season. Highly impressed… The rooms were well kept and I have to say the service was absolutely amazing. I have stayed at many hotels (work travel and personal) and the service I received here was far above a 5 star resort. Christine who set up and managed breakfast was very impressive, she made sure everyone had what they needed (it was busy) while making sure the free hot breakfast was stocked consistently. Well done Hampton Inn .

We stayed here for one night with our dog and the four of us. The price was reasonable including the pet fee. Our room was clean, up-to-date, and didn't lack anything important. We had a bit of trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi on my laptop, but managed to connect to it after some time. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. The staff was very friendly both to us and our dog, especially Christine.

I’ve been staying at this hotel once a year since 2003. ||The hotel has always stayed updated, This year i found the mattresses to sag a little. ||At $204.00 a night, everything should be perfect in my mind. ||The highlight to this hotel is “The Top of the 80s” restaurant that was there I’m sure long before the hotel. ||Although the restaurant is very dated, it has been well maintained and the dining experience is exceptional. ||The menu is varied, but many of the items on the menu are items you seldom see in the more contemporary restaurants. For Example: Liver and Onions is without question the best I’ve ever had. The sliced Turkey and Gravy is real turkey breast versus canned turkey. ||Overall the dining staff is young and our waitress was in college. With that said, whoever does the training knows what they’re doing. ||The pricing in the restaurant is more than fair. With white linens and quality of food, i could have expected $10.00 to $20.00 more in pricing ||The hotel is clean and in good condition, but the independent restaurant attached makes the stay. ||The cocktails are also reasonably priced. ||I will continue staying at this hotel.

I booked this hotel as my wife and I needed a getaway from the Jobs. ||I was super impressed by the pictures that they had of the beautiful views.||Scott from the hotel called me and said that the room that I booked was not available. I asked him to try and put me in a room with the view. ||He did not disappoint at all. I had a room on the third floor away from the elevator with an awesome view you could look at for hours. With a welcome message on the TV for me.||The room was clean, comfortable and so quiet you could her a pin drop.|Comfortable beds a great desk to work at an numerous USB chargers in the room and a mini fridge for my drinks.||The next morning we went for coffee in the lobby and checked out breakfast. Plenty of hot coffee and a nice breakfast of hot and cold Items.|| The Staff were excellent with making sure everything was stocked and that the guest had a great experience. This included the children as they had coloring books and other little things for the younger guest.||I was very impressed with the Staff at this location to and watched during my stay. The attention to detail was impeccable.||The votive candles on the the tables in the evening in the main lobby area. Helping disabled guest with simple things. answering questions politely.||Todd, Great job by you and your Team.||Thanks for a great stay

Great staff and friendly happy atmosphere with the signs, the fun mustache cups, and welcoming staff. My two major requirements: clean and quiet. The room was small but clean. Quiet? Well the AC was having some issues so we let the front desk know it made a knocking sound. You could hear the TV in the room next to ours but not after 10pm. That said, the bathroom has a fan, which seems to be missing in a lot of renovated hotels lately, and that makes a great sound machine. The AC did not make a noise turning on or off so I think I would say ours just needed maintenance and the front desk said they were on it| The breakfast and staff were fabulous....great cereal selection, waffles with two kinds of batter, eggs etc. Plus lots of tea options!!! Well done.|View was great as well! We felt very welcomed and we're impressed with the level of service here .

Front desk staff was friendly and gave an excellent dinner suggestion. Hotel was clean. Free parking. Close to the interstate without getting a lot of interstate noise. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Extra blanket in the closet. Would stay here again.
