Hampton Inn Gardner Conference Center - Hotel in Gardner - 151 Cedar Niles Rd, USA

I've been staying here for quite a few years, multiple times a year for an event that is held at this location. I've noticed the last few times I've come, the overall atmosphere has changed. I've always had a clean, and comfortable room, when staying here, but I've noticed an upgrade in change to the service, appearance, and the overall touches around the hotel ( even compared to other Hampton's I've stayed at). The event I go to is always a fun time, but the additional service, attention to detail, and attentiveness to our needs was great. Veronica was very friendly, fun, and really concerned herself with making sure we had what we needed and some things we didn't no we needed....😉 She dedicates a lot of time in a day to make sure everything runs smoothly for us. Thank you! (My only drawback in the room... We stayed on the 5th floor and the water pressure was very poor, especially if you have to wash your hair. I talked to others that were on the 2nd floor, and they stated they had the same experience. Just something to consider- That's why I rated room itself at 4 stars.) Crystal S.

We stay here often. Always pleased with the accommodations and service. The free breakfast is a huge plus. The location makes it easy to get to KC and other parts, but not in the middle of the city for those who prefer not to be there.

I have been holding events here (100+ ladies) several times a year since this hotel has opened.... I didn't know what I was missing until I started working with Veronica our past two events! She is amazing.... making sure that every detail for the weekend is thought through and taken care of. She is genuinely interested in what we are doing (scrapbooking!) and shows up throughout the weekend to check on us, take care of us, and walk around and chat with my customers to make sure they are all being taken care of. She had a huge surprise for our group last month, and not only was it FUN - but was also helping out another woman-owned small business! I can't say enough GREAT things about Veronica - and because of her, we have secured additional dates (10 weekends!) with my group in 2025! The hotel is clean, the breakfast is great, and the front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. It is the perfect place for my group!

Stayed here for 4 nights and had a couple of rooms. Although we booked one day separately Customer service centre were able to join the bookings and even secured us connected rooms. The staff at front desk were excellent. Rooms are clean and housekeeping staff were friendly and would provide you with items if required. Breakfast was good with eggs, hash browns and sausage. The usual like waffles, bagels, cereal, juices were all available. Coffee was available in the lobby till pretty late. BBQ area was nice and they had some charcoal ready if one needed to use it. Walmart was just next door and steps from the hotel. The only complaint I had was the extremely low water pressure. It was one of the worst I have ever experienced. Disappointing especially in a Hilton brand hotel. Otherwise a very nice, clean hotel with close proximity to the highway.

I have been coming to events here for several years now and have enjoyed my stay. But these last few times my experience has been extra special with Veronica here. She is fabulous...energetic, helpful, present and goes above and beyond. She has made these events so special and fun and it makes all the difference.

Veronica was the best hostess. We participated in a big scrapbook event. She came in every day to make sure everyone was happy or needed anything. She stayed and visited with everyone. She provided a fun event for Saturday evening. Click fun photo booth. Everyone had a blast. She is definitely an asset to the Hampton team. I hope the Hampton team appreciates her talent and kindness. Thank you so much for a great weekend, Veronica.

We booked a corporate event with Veronica. Her and the staff were amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed. She checked in multiple times before, during and after the event to make sure we were taken care of. Could not have asked for a better experience. We will be booking all of our events here going forward.

Attended my first Heart Sisters Retreat hosted at this location. What an amazing experience. Veronica, the event manager, was so attentive, charismatic, and took such good care of us and all of our needs! Thank you for all you do. Coming back in October, and can’t wait to see how you wow us!
