Positive: I definitely loved the welcome hotel employee gave us when we arrived at the hotel, he told us everything we needed to know, gave us recommendations for places to eat, his energy was extraordinary. The breakfast was varied and fresh. The pool area was great. Negative: We booked a 2-bed room, although the room was well equipped with a desk, a closet, and a lounge chair, the space felt small.
Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Great price; not the best neighborhood but not the worst either; Joel at front desk was professional and friendly; partly remodeled rooms but some older rooms; good breakfast; first room had crumbs on the chair and a tissue stuck high up near the ceiling but Joel quickly got us another room; the second room was good for us. Room 413 had a clean, comfortable king size bed; a good enough clean shower; and standard Hampton Inn amenities. In both rooms, however, we could hear the television noise from next door but thankfully it wasn’t too loud.
The breakfast included hot Hampton Inn’s cheese omelets; turkey sausage links; breakfast potatoes; waffle batter and waffle irons; toppings; cereals; bagels; muffins; coffee; juice and fresh fruit.
The pool was popular in the evening and there were some nice families there.
Takara is such a pleasant person. She goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are very satisfied. From the time I got there till the time I left she made sure I was good. I love that kind of customer service. She never need to Lea this place. I wish it was many more like her. I would definitely stay here again
I always stay at the Hampton Inn and for whatever reason my husband booked La Quinta for the first time in Fort Lauderdale. We checked out of La Quinta within hours of checking in and straight to Hampton we go.
Within minutes of making the call Hampton had a room for us. This location like all the others was clean no musty smell, great customer service and the breakfast exceptional as usual. Thank you for saving my vacation.
The room was spotless, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, we couldn't hear any noise and we loved that the curtains blocked out the light from outside, the continental breakfast was very varied during the 4 days we were there, the pool area was very nice and well maintained, we loved the welcome that Michael gave us and the places he recommended for us to go to eat were excellent. Highly recommended.
Grabbed a room on our way back home from Miami. The night employees was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and A/c was on and cold in the room which was nice. Only complaint would be the pillows, which were very small and not comfortable.
Woke up in the morning to fantastic cup of coffee and one of the better hotel breakfast that I’ve had in some time.
All and all great experience.
The hotel smelled really good. We had to change rooms because there was a dead cockroach and some chocolate on the floor, so evidently, the floor wasn't vacuumed. After switching to another room, we found out the water wasn't going out the drain when showering. Also, I couldn't help but see the hair on the floor and door as I was using the bathroom. The 2nd morning during breakfast, there was a homeless lady and man taking food. She was filling up the several cups with food and putting it in a Walgreens basket. By the time someone made the staff aware of what she was doing, they were done and getting ready to leave. The bed slept well. My daughter enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, also.
For the price, this hotel is definitely a good stay. We booked 5 nights and every single staff member from front desk to room service were very nice and friendly. The only downside was that the sheets didn’t fit the bed correctly even after we got new ones and the room could have been cleaned better but for what we paid, it’s not too big of an issue.

Absolutely one of our favorite spots in all of the Fort Lauderdale food scene. Great knowledge and selection of natural wines, next level food with a constant rotating menu. This was one of the best Caesar salads Iâve ever had in my life, the Cacio
