Hilton Honors needs to take this place off. There is nothing HONORABLE about this hotel. I had to more my room two times. First I received an email stating that the elevator was broke and I had to move from the fourth floor unless I wanted to walk up steps. I requested the first floor and the room that I received smelled of heavy mildew. Evidently there’s been a leak and it had dripped on the curtains and the carpet in the road was unbreakable. I got moved to a second row, and even though it looked clean, there was a used condom in the trash. I finally got moved to a third room, which was nice. Even though it’s very updated with dirt on the walls and doors, the maids could use training and cleaning. This is why people take their cleaning supplies with them to certain hotels because of the lack of cleanliness.this hotel was OK if you have to stay here, but if not find somewhere else. The front desk customer service was great and understanding and insured. My last room was up to par.

was unexpectedly in town for a sick relative and tried to get a room for Tues-Wed (August 13-14, 2024) on August 14 at midnight. They told my cousin (who booked the room for me with my credit card while I was driving) there were no available rooms and that they accidentally booked me for August 14-15. Because of this, they said my stay would be cancelled/refunded. I looked on my bank statement today and I was not refunded. I then called this location to see why my stay was not refunded and whomever I was connected with at this establishment at 12:44pm on Monday, September 2, 2024 was very defensive. she started yelling at me when I told her exactly what was told to my cousin by the front desk people. truly the most unprofessional thing that I've ever encountered at a hotel. do not stay at this place. if u have made the mistake of booking this place, make sure that you keep a paper trail; ask for email confirmations for the things that they say to you. otherwise, you'll end up with a random charge on your account that they told you they'd remove. I was a Hilton Honors member but will be cancelling that membership.

This property is on the edge of a vast and ugly shopping mall, but that does mean that food and shopping possibilities are plentiful and nearby. It's also right next to I-20 and an easy drive to TCU through some very scenic neighborhoods. I appreciated these qualities more than the hotel itself, which is one of the more cramped Hampton Inns I've stayed in. The free breakfast was welcome but I saw many guests taking plates of food back to their rooms because of limited seating. My single room was probably more spacious than most, due to its accessible features. I didn't sleep very well due to difficulties controlling the room temperature, which seemed to have only two settings: no cooling at all or freezing AC full blast. Finally, I like to exercise when I'm on the road, but both treadmills were not working in the small fitness center, definitely not cool.

We stayed for five nights.Front counter service was outstanding. Very warm and friendly. Brenda couldn't do enough to make our stay a pleasurable one. She even waited up until 3.00am to check us in on arrival, as our plane was delayed by more than 3hrs in San Diego. Fantastic breakfast facilities with a great range of food and drinks. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Elevator was out and I was on the third floor. Was not warned at the time of booking. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff friendly. It's a convenient location but my room was facing the highway and the noise from the highway was terrible

The best description I can give for this hotel is “tired”. Most Hampton Inns are bright and airy, and while they may be basic, they provide a decent room at a decent price. Here, everything was cramped and threadbare, the carpeting was worn and dingy, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The breakfast was also substandard, even by the low standards of a Hampton Inn breakfast. My recommendation would be “look elsewhere”, if at all possible.

The rooms are not clean at all. Tiles on the floor raising up and can cut you, the bed sheets and covered was soiled with gross yellow stains. Multiple rooms smelled of Marijuana use. A roach was in my shower and the hotel management does not care! This is a slumb lords hotel! Please stay away!

Positive: Nice room. Negative: Staff unwillingness to enforce a noise curfew. We were kept awake till 2am due to very, very loud guests who were permitted to shout down the hallways at each other, and gather out front - just outside our room - to party loudly.
