I am so impressed with our stay here! We are traveling to see family and needed a room that is pet friendly. It was very quick and easy to make our reservation and the room was so clean which is very important to us since we are traveling with our baby. It was so nice to be able to relax in a clean room after our 8 hour drive and loved that there were restaurants in walking distance! I never use hotel soap but I promise you are going to want to try theirs! The shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling so silky soft! The next morning breakfast at the hotel was free, hot and delicious and we were able to stop by Starbucks which is right across the parking lot on the way out! This is definitely a great place for all of the family to be able to stay including your fur babies! Our stay here has exceeded our expectations and from now on we are only going to use them when we pass through the area! Thank you so much for such an amazing experience!

The management and staff are the best! My store came to do a pop up shop and the night before we got there, a storm came through, taking out the electricity to the wing of the hotel that hosted my planned event site. The General Manager was there waiting for me Sunday morning with 3 alternative options. He got his staff working to prepare everything for me in a timely manner so I could get my event started on time. The professionalism and care everyone provided was beyond exceptional. 5 stars is not enough. In addition, the room we stayed in was clean, well kept, and comfortable. Housekeeping staff was above and beyond helpful as well.

Can't say enough good things about this property. Great location at I-540 and Rogers Avenue that has restaurants & other venues such as TGI Fridays, ColdStone, and Starbucks within walking distance. A considerable amount of parking all around the property, to include a large overflow area directly across the street from TGI Fridays.|A very clean property overall, with room comforts that guaranteed a good night sleep. Excellent customer service (thank you, Jasmin), along with even better communication via their texting correspondence from the front desk.|Breakfast was actually pretty good. A standard Hampton Inn offering that was just right. I noticed amenities such as a hot tub below my 3rd floor room, yet I didn't get the opportunity to use them during my stay. One plus that I noticed within the room was that of a long chase connected to the couch (very comfortable & clean). I don't see that feature as often in Hampton Inn properties.|I'm definitely returning to this property when traveling through NW Arkansas. Highly recommend staying here!

Began my interaction with Hampton Inn at the airport upon arrival to Fort Smith. The shuttle service was punctual and tidy with a very pleasant driver. The lobby was clean and welcoming,it made me feel right at home. It's obvious that the hotel is run with attention to detail. Even the indoor pool exceded my expectations with how well managed it was. Would definitely revisit this well tended home away from home.

We Enjoyed our Stay! We had my Daughters party here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a good time! Room was clean and nice. Pool and hot tub was a hit. Definitely recommend

We try to stay at Hilton Embassy Suites or Hampton Inns because we have never been disappointed. The HI in Fort Smith is no different. We have been traveling for 14 days so far, and to come in to a well maintained hotel with outstanding staff is truly a blessing. Jasmin not only handled our check-in process in a friendly and professional manner, but she made suggestions that are enhancing our stay. You cannot put a price on that. It comes from the heart.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable, and overall, our stay has been pleasant. However, there was one issue that stood out. This is the second time we’ve stayed here in the past two months, and on both occasions, the overnight front desk staff member has been somewhat abrasive and crabby. Initially, I thought it might have been a bad day, but experiencing it again has confirmed this behavior. Despite this, we’ve enjoyed our stay and appreciate the Hilton brand’s standards. I would and will recommend this hotel to others.

Very clean and very quiet.Th breakfast was very nice and the staff was amazing |Located close to everything from shopping to the highway|Room was a good size very comfortable. Also being a Hiltons Honors member added extra incentives and made the stay even more enjoyable
