We had a great trip from TX until we got rained out at our campsite in Elberta. Happens to us all right?
It was 10am on a Saturday and we had nowhere to go. After searching endlessly online for a decent, reasonably priced room, last minute. On Labor Day weekend - Judy at the front desk got us a room immediately, and didnt make us wait until 4pm check in... she went above and beyond for our family.
She was kind. Empathetic. Energized. And just overall welcoming, as we were a mess from the rain and having to pack up camp so quickly.
The room was clean, didn't smell of smoke, had no bugs, the bathroom was clean, and so was the bedding. No hair or anything on the linens on the beds.
Really impressed by the overall cleanliness of this hotel.
We will stay here again when we visit, and can't wait to come back!
From the very beginning, staying at the Hampton Inn in Foley, AL was an easy experience and when traveling it’s nice to have good people in your corner. From Nicole on the phone helping me with adding an extra night to our stay to Ms. Mary who makes everything sparkle. Every single worker that I came across was very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and having a hot breakfast was great! Couldn’t ask for a better stay.
Reasonable rates, convenient location for us. It was about what I expect for a Hampton Inn. Two issues: The welcome screen on our TV welcomed 3-4 different people during our 5 day stay. One time it popped on at 11:30 pm waking us up. Front desk just shrugged it off. Also, can you figure out how to keep the complementary coffee hot? It was luke-warm most mornings.
8/10: Cleanliness of hotel was as expected. ||10/10: The stay was quiet. ||6/10: The free breakfast was lacking. They did not have chocolate milk. The milk they did have was in a jug dispenser instead of cartons. They did not offer hot chocolate packets. There were many flies in the area where they kept the muffins.||5/10: Check in was supposed to be at 4 but the room was not ready at that time. Big inconvenience for our stay.||Overall as someone who has stayed in this hotel as well as the Holliday inn across the street, the hotel met the basic standards that one would expect and I would still recommend this hotel over the Holliday inn. Overall experience: 7/10
We had a great stay at this hotel! The manager, Nicole, was wonderful! She was very helpful for suggesting where to eat and was very accommodating to us!
Great location for our needs. Breakfast was the typical Hampton Inn spread. Elevators were slow. Rooms were clean. Mostly quiet, although we could hear noises thru the floor from the room above us on several occasions. Front desk service was nice. Plenty of parking.
Our room had a pull out sleeper sofa, but the sheets were not already on it.
We checked in on 3-30-24 and first thing I did was check the room to make sure it was clean. I pulled the bed down and there was a lot of hair and some ants in the bed. The bathroom floor had not been
cleaned and the carpet had not been vacuumed. Changed rooms and there was hair in the bed and bread crumbs. The floors had not been cleaned in this room either. Went to front desk for a refund and went to another hotel. They offered us the 3rd room but we were done and not trying again. We took pics of each room to have proof.
While the property is well maintained the careless disregard for the guests is extremely concerning. I was put in this hotel by State Farm when we had a house fire and lost everything we owned except our lives. I am currently on night 8 and my bed has not been changed. Nor has the toilet been cleaned. The pic shows mold in the toilet when i arrived on day one was still there on day fourteen. At best room cleanliness is not a top priority. My carpet was not vaccumed for the firat eight days i was there (pic on day eight) I have to take my garbage out and put it in the outside garbage can to get rid of food smells. I notified the management that my walk in shower was extremely slippery and had slipped 2 times and was told "sorry we are not allowed to provide anything to keep you from falling". When I called corporate with all my concerns I was hung up on by a supervisor because the best he could come up with was that I could not verify the email address on my reservation. REALLY?? After explaining multiple times that STATE FARM made the reservation and the email address I assumed was theirs he said he couldn't continue the conversation. The most annoying thing was the toilet paper was put on the top shelf in the bathroom (shelf is about 6 ft 5in off the ground, and I am 5ft 5 in) and I couldn't even reach it... Yep, again I would think that this is a housekeeping training issue. TOILET PAPER IS ESSENTIAL... I have made the hotel aware that I am handicapped.(even requested a handicap room) and it seems that no one cares and consistently thinks the phrase "I'm sorry" is the answer. Caring, a decent general manager, and better training is the answer. My hotel stay was extended and the general manager canceled my reservation becuase she said i wasnt happy there. How she knew that i am not sure becuase she has never had a conversation with me. I would have thought a reservation at 70.00 per night higher would have been attractive to any GM. As retired airline employee I will say the Hampton Inn has lost its place in my heart as a preferred hotel and that's such a shame!
We stayed here for just one night to attend a concert in Orange Beach. The rooms were very clean. The front desk lady was so nice & even got us checked in early so my son could get a nap. My only Complaint is the doors essentially had to be slammed t
Marie made our stay AMAZING! She is seriously meant for a job like this one. She made us feel so at home even tho we are thousands of miles away!! She is so so personable & friendly. Very accommodating! I would recommend this place to anyone! Especia
Working out can be sometimes be very monotonous, but my experience at Strong Heart has been anything but that. All the coaches I've worked with are extremely knowledgable and have been essential in my growth. They continue to provide feedback and adv
