Hampton Inn Fall River/Westport - Hotel in Westport - 53 Old Bedford Rd, USA

My son had a dance at Whites of Westport next door. With traffic issues in RI lately I did not feel like driving back and forth twice (45 min each way). We decided to book a room and stay here. The woman at the front desk was so professional and friendly. Anytime you came into the lobby she was at the front desk, visible and ready to help. I have noticed at many places lately people tend to hide away and you wait at the front desk until they wander out to help. The woman here was quite opposite…ready and happy to help at all times. The room was updated and modern. Bathroom was fresh and clean. The TV system was much better than other places I have been. Easy access to my Netflix account and many regular channels in the guide. The pool and hot tub were nice and my 7 year old enjoyed that perk. Breakfast the next morning was really good. Typical breakfast staples of eggs , sausage, baked goods and ready to make waffles. Plenty of beverage options and surprisingly good coffee. The woman overseeing the breakfast station was very friendly and accommodating. Really impressed with our stay.

I grew up in Fall River, so I had a bit of a negative bias going in. Hugely surprised by this hotel; the beds were pillow soft, the blanket was substantial enough to feel like a real blanket, and the rooms were insulated enough that I didn't worry about my son waking up whenever people came/went from their room. The service was the most exceptional part of our experience. I wish I knew his name, but he was incredibly patient and kind to our son, and offered him milk from the buffet fridge so he'd have his bubbah for the night. He was also kind enough to give us some water bottles and locate straws for my son, as well. The breakfast had great selections, including a create-your-own-waffle section with strawberry compote, whip cream, nuts, and chocolate chips. There were also muffins, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, and various juices and coffee choices. We'll be back whenever we're visiting family in the area.

Loving here! Easy to find and come in and go out. Staff are very helpful. On-site laundry a big plus. Hot breakfast included. Love the bathroom and shower. Better than any other hotel I've stayed in! Pet friendly too. My cat loved our time away from home.

Excellent location. Staff was incredibly friendly, and courteous at all levels. Would absolutely stay again. Comfortable room. Easy parking on site. Breakfast was good. Everyone working there made us feel welcome. Relaxing stay.

Front Desk: Check in was smooth without any hiccups and the front desk was super friendly and helpful all weekend. The front desk also remembered us from last year as well which was a nice personal touch.||Room: The room was nicely done with large bright pictures that were in the same theme as the hotel's location. The new décor and remodel was so nice with the updated look. The sliding barn type door for the bathroom as great and really freed up space.||Bathroom: Very clean with a faint scent of the cleaning product from the housekeeping that just happened. The new all white theme was great.||Appliances: Standard coffee maker and microwave. The mini refrigerator was a bit strange but I think I figured out how to use the timer "on" button.||Breakfast: Standard breakfast offering. No complaints but also nothing really outstanding other than the service. She was great in keeping up with such a large crowd.||Gym/pool: The pool wasn't part of the remodel but there was nothing wrong with it to begin with. The gym situation continues to be the bane of my travels. Typical small hotel gym without any serious equipment. If there was a chain that offered a decent gym or a pass to a decent gym, I would tattoo that brand to my arm. ||Location: Located near a large number of places to get a quick bite to get.||Overall: It was great to see the remodel complete and to see the hotel get back to where they've always been previously. My previous stay was a bit disappointment but not this time. The stay was great and we were very happy with almost everything.

The Hampton Inn did a wonderful job with my wedding room block. Donna was so easy to work with. She gave me updates and was able to extend my room block as rooms filled up. All the rooms were very nice and reasonably priced. The hotel breakfast was great, too!

I had my wedding this past Friday at Bittersweet Farms. LaFrance Hospitality also has a set of hotels, including Hampton Inn Fall River/Westport. The staff were so wonderful and helpful. They were super accomodating to every request, and were so nice! :D Thank you all so much!!! Also thank you Donna! For having our room block set up for our guests! :)

I have stood here a few times and rooms are always very clean. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great and comes with many different food options. Will be a re-current guest.
