We were very satisfied! I apologize for not catching specific names. The man who checked us in was friendly and welcoming. The ladies who took care of breakfast were very sweet. Housekeeping added cute touches like making the Kleenex into a flower. The manager left a nice welcome letter and water bottles. The hotel smells nice, is very clean, and the breakfast was perfect. It’s in a great location. When we return to the area to visit friends, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Small hotel, lobby, breakfast, and pool area. I paid $300 due to last minute booking which is super expensive for this hotel. The room is very small with no comfortable beds/pillows. I arrived early in the morning and was explained that due to hotel policy, they don’t give you the room after 3pm (which I understand), although they offered me to pay extra $25 and they would try to get a room before that time. I consider this offer completely unfair. This is the first time I am being offered to pay extra to have a room before the check in time. Any other hotel would give you the room if available.|I did not like the breakfast because I don’t like processed food. It looked just ok. The pool is small and was dirty, full of leaves. People from the hotel was smoking outside, close to the pool area where you could smell the smoke. Pretty disgusting. My overall experience with this hotel and the personal wasn’t great. I am not returning.

Hats off to the staff at this Hampton Inn. The weekend I stayed there was a baseball team at the property. Past experience has told me that this can hinder room and breakfast services. This location did not miss a beat. Breakfast stock was maintained and I felt I always saw staff running around to maintain the property. I was super impressed. With food and shopping within walking distance, this is a prime location for someone visiting the area.

Without a doubt, a very good hotel to stay with your family. I can say that I give it 10/10, the rooms are very clean, the carpets in the rooms are very clean, I perceived that they were new. The cleaning and customer service staff are very friendly. It feels like a comfortable place, I would definitely stay again and I recommend it if anyone needs it.

Positive: Customer Service at the hotel was par excellent . We were there for my father's 100th birthday and they acknowledged us with the courtesy of placing his information on the marquis in the lobby. Any issues with our rooms were addressed speedily. Negative: ""

Out of all my years of traveling and living on the road never have I ever had such a terrible experience than I did with this hotel. They’re AC unit was not working appropriately and the front desk clerk refused to help with the situation in any manner because they were at almost capacity and he didn’t want to dirty a room to solve the AC problem. Instead offered to cancel my reservation and offer a cheap $10 fan as an alternative to a broken AC unit that was not getting cooler after two hours of waiting for the room to get colder. Completely unprofessional as the front desk clerk was screaming and arguing with me that his personal preference for a AC unit is 75 degrees when the wall thermostat was at 76 at the time of the incident. Horrendous experience and complete lack of professionalism as every other hotel I’ve ever encountered an AC problem has moved rooms for me with zero arguments and disrespect. I will never stay with this hotel going forward in my years of traveling.

Hampton at its best.  Every staff member (especially Ms. Peggy) greets you like family with each encounter.  I recently stayed twice.  Both times, room was clean, good size, and had a comfortable bed and chair, refrig., and plenty of nice towels.  Breakfast for me was omelet, bacon, juice, and fresh fruit.  Of course, tea (or coffee) 24/7. Seating allowed guests to mingle or be private.  The pool and grounds were inviting.  Plenty of parking.  As a Hilton Honors member, I consider this location to be an ‘Honor to the Hilton brand.’
