Small little town great personalities ❤️ Everyone was extremely helpful and inviting. Rooms were clean 🧼 hotel as well. Miss Sue @ the front desk is truly a wonderful blessing 🤗. Outdoor pool is open until 10 pm which was nice. On the house breakfast is 6 am -10 am had different selections. We stayed a total of 4 nights & I truly enjoyed our stay 😇

Thank you to Sheila for always helping us make our trip wonderful. We visit often & she is always accommodating. The hotel is clean (we love housekeeper Brittany ) & the pool is kept up by John. Thank you for the cokes and snacks. We had an amazing vacation. The breakfast both days was phenomenal. Our cousins also stayed here on our recommendation and we’re so happy with their stay as well.

Have stayed here multiple times in the past was a 4-5 star but has decreased to 3-3.5. The staff is very friendly, but for the price, one would expect higher quality rooms and restrooms that function a little better. The location is convenient, although it seems that quiet a few of the local stores have since shutdown. However, getting to the parking lot is quite dismal with the roadway at the mall being utterly destroyed. Wish I could given a better review as I generally prefer Hilton, but the quality is not there at this one. To top it all off, I was here for business and the Wi-Fi is absolutely abysmal. Hard to even get to the login screen and constantly dropping the connection.

Hampton inn dyersburg is a diamond in the ruff off the beatin path.. the entire staff from front desk to housekeeping and maintenance are all very courteous, friendly and hospitable the professionalism is evident as soon as you walk in from the cleanliness inside and out to the pool. The complimentary breakfast was Resteraunt quality this hotel is very quiet and peaceful which made for a good nights sleep and very memorable Labor Day weekend can’t say enough about this place. Loudest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Room facing interstate… listened to Jake brakes all night! TV remote wouldn’t work even after I got new batteries. The plus side is the rooms were clean and the bed was comfy.

Positive: Breakfast was great! Negative: Outdoor lighting needs improvement, it felt pretty dingy and sketch when we first pulled up.

We've stayed at a lot of Hampton/Home2 hotels on our travels and this one misses the mark. The pros were that the room was clean and breakfast was good. Unfortunately there were a number of other issues. The first thing we noticed was that all of the outside doors were unlocked. Anyone could walk right in the back doors. Not a huge deal, but unsafe to say the least. When we arrived around 6 the pool was padlocked and closed, much to the dismay of our kiddo. All of the gym equipment was broken. The treadmill abruptly shut off shortly after I started my run, sending me stumbling. The elliptical wouldn't turn on at all and the Peleton had no Internet connection, making it essentially unusable. So working out was impossible. Speaking of internet connection, there is no hotel wifi at all. Finally, the shower in our room didn't work properly. The only way to get full water pressure was to have it on full hot and believe me, it was HOT. So, I had to turn it down to a trickle to get it cool enough and at that point, showering was laughably sad. Needless to say, we won't be stopping here again and hopefully this is but a bump in the road for the many great Hamptons we've stayed in without issues.

First, I received a phone call stating Hilton had over booked the hotel, and that I would be staying at the Holiday Inn express free no charge great right then I got a another call stating they had a cancellation and I would actually be staying at the Hampton great not free very friendly. I walked into the lobby after a long day’s work only to be met by a shirtless, working dude chatting up the front desk lady I believe to be his significant other. My room was very comfortable other than the washcloth left in the shower with the old soap. My room on the north side is just near the interstate a little loud for me. Breakfast was good Checkout uneventful
