Hampton Inn Denville/Rockaway/Parsippany - Hotel in Denville - 350 Morris Ave, USA

I had a wonderful stay here last weekend, and it was a delight from the reservation call to checkout. Every staff member was courteous and professional, taking care of all our needs with a smile. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and more. Despite the kitchen undergoing renovation, the hotel provided breakfast boxes, which was a thoughtful touch. Room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. A special shout out to Chuck for his exceptional service. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding hospitality and comfortable accommodations.

Room was clean, no bad smell in room or hallways with nice smelling hygiene products. Variety of options in the treat shop (snacks, drinks, ice cream) but breakfast was limited the 3 mornings I stayed (a different breakfast meat w/ cheddar cheese omelet and potatoes plus make your own waffles, grab/go pastries, yogurt cups, and variety of juices). They always have hot coffee, hot water w/ tea bags and hot chocolate mix, and lemon water in the front with available condiments) across from the front desk. The pool was closed due to construction and I only interacted with the morning staff who were pleasant to speak too. Within a 5-15 minute drive of the place, they do have select restaurants and shops.

I have had the pleasure of staying at numerous Hampton Inn locations throughout North America, but this particular one stands out due to its exceptional staff. Chuck, the gentleman at the front desk, is an absolute delight. His warm and welcoming demeanor is truly refreshing. We need more people like Chuck in the world. I will make a point to return to this location if I am ever in the area again, solely because of Chuck's outstanding customer service.

Definitely recommend this hotel it’s clean quite they also have breakfast in the morning it’s so delicious and hve a variety of breakfast! Front desk was amazing and parking was big . I felt safe . They also hve a ice machine . Lobby was clean .

We had stayed here a few times but it seems like the rooms have been getting worse and worse. When we brought up to the front desk that the AC was not working, nothing could be done to repair it. But that's not all, as we were sleeping the night shift reception guy thought it was a good idea to come knocking on our door to see if we could let the family next door to their room from the connecting door because the could not open the main door! Not only were we woken up and scared, we were feeling bad for that family because the hotel staff couldn't figure out how to get them in their room!! Obviously the connecting door was locked!! The staff claimed it was a "hail Mary".. but it left us unrested and even feeling worse because the room was so hot. The next day, they offered no compensation whatsoever other than a few snacks from the store. The manager never even tried calling us. There's so many other places in the area that I will not be going back here again.

One of the standouts for Hilton Hotels, is the breakfast and this hotel was, by far the worst. I have stayed in numerous Hilton properties and this was horrible, Friday, they essentially didn't have a breakfast. Saturday and Sunday was slightly better but still fell far far below the Hilton standard. Sad part is, it will probably remain that way. With that being said, missing cream cheese, nothing to cut your bagel, the boxed breakfast was labeled absolutely wrong, nothing hot but the waffle and everything had to go through the toaster twice,yes we turned up the temperature. Horribly disappointed.

Positive: "" Negative: The pool was closed for repair for the last 6, no hot breakfast, no house keeping service during the stay. The staff at check in did not inform me that the Above were unavailable. When I inquired the next morning I was told I should have been informed by

Unfortunately construction shutbdiwn the pool. Breakfast was also very limited as well during this time. 5th floor smelled like there was a gas leak in the hallway. There is ample (free) parking.
