Hampton Inn Danville - Hotel in Danville - 1098 Riverside Dr, USA

Zero complaints for our stay at the Hampton Inn Danville. We had a block of rooms reserved for my family and everything went smoothly. Huge thanks to Latonya Terry who assisted me with organizing our group room block as well as taking care of all questions and concerns. I would also like to acknowledge Reginald at the front desk. He is a gem! He checked us in with ease and professionalism and was quick to assist us (with a smile) with any needs throughout the stay. Excellent customer service from him! Our rooms were very clean and inviting. Breakfast was great with different offerings each morning (bacon was a nice treat). Housekeeping was awesome! Will definitely stay here again!

New Hampton Inn is nice and staff are excellent. Located not far from our border hometown in NC, we like the convenience. We had two rooms and one on Riverside had a bit of noise but one on backside was very quiet. Some guests, however, were noisy in the wee hours. Overall a nice place to stay in Danville.

From the moment I walked in the door until the end of my stay, the hospitality and cleanliness was top tier. I am all about customer service., and Rebekah could not have been more attentive and sweet. Every clerk that came after were equally kind and professional. I hope all future Hamptons are as pleasant.

The king room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. We appreciated having the desk area as well as an upholstered chair to lounge in. The hotel has coffee and tea available in the lobby 24/7, and the breakfast included not only the standard fare of waffles and pastries, but mini cheese omelettes, sausage, and other goodies. Staff was very accommodating and easy to work with.

Horrible service and rooms. Even though the hotel is somewhat newly built, the lights between the beds flickered the whole time; shower door did not stay closed and pretty sure there were bed bugs in the room that I noticed once the bites started to appear. The management staff is horrible at communication and getting back to guests with a phone call. Better hotels in the area that also have better service than this hotel.

We always stay with the Hilton family and this by far is the cleanest!! Super super clean and the breakfast is better than the others. Great experience and wish they were all like this!

The staff members and manager and house keepers were awsome. They made sure we had everything we needed. FOE had our convention in Danville and we all stayed at the Hampton. 👍

The staff were very personable and kind. Especially Ms.Beverly! I love to see all the employees had a good relationship and worked well with each other. The Manager Patrick was very attentive and you can tell cares for his staff. Hotel is very clean and orderly. I would recommend.
