Great hotel, nice rooms, and plenty of pillows. The bedding is amazing. I loved the comforter. Breakfast was good, sausage, premade omelet, potatoes with bell peppers, 2 flavor choices for waffle batter pumpkin, and vanilla. They ran out of regular syrup and had to use sugar-free, and the juice machine work didn't work. Overall great stay.
As a Lifetime Diamond, I have stayed at Hilton properties on at least 4 continents. In my opinion this is quite possibly the worst Hilton property I’ve ever stayed at. It should be condemned and at a minimum de-certified as a Hilton property. It is obviously suffered years of housekeeping and maintenance neglect. Absolutely disgusting. ||I’ve never had such a dirty feeling as I did at this property. Due to time and scheduling matters I didn’t move to another location. Big mistake. Please see the attached photos that will speak for themselves. Bugs in room. Broken room items. Rusted out railings. Trash piled up. Absolutely disgusting carpet. And on and on and on…||Additionally, in my opinion, there were numerous shady characters that were constantly around the property and were apparently staying there. ||In my opinion, absolutely do NOT allow your family, especially with kids to stay at this property. Not only do I consider this property a health hazard due to the numerous dead/alive bugs I found in my room it could also present a safety hazard due to the questionable people milling about there.
Just went ti visit a friend staying there. Was a beautiful place. The breakfast setup was great and so delicious. The people and staff were friendly and so helpful. Was and all in all great place to stay.
Our room didn't have clean towels or wash cloths (dirty ones were still in bath tub) and no soap. Also booked 2 rooms - a double bed and a king bed - and only had two double bed rooms. Breakfast the next day didn't hardly have anything. Juice was out. No waffles. And the remaining items were not appealing. Ended up eating at McDonalds. It was a convenient location but I wouldn't stay there again.
A very convenient location off I-75, for weary travelers. Sure, it’s an older hotel, but steps have been taken to modernize. Bathroom was great with new “comfort height” toilet and refreshing shower. Plenty of electrical outlets and USB ports. Fridge and microwave in room, with Ice & Vending nearby. Enjoyable stay.
Old style hotel with doors on the outside. Not typical of most Hampton Inns. Rooms clean and breakfast great. Right on busy Interstate (I-75) so traffic noise all night long. Could use some updating.
We felt fairly deceived. This is not a hotel, this is a motel. Doors all open to the outside. That was not something that was made aware to me during booking. The room was pretty clean, but not perfectly. The renovations were fairly recent it felt like, but not top quality. The first floor room smelled pretty strange - a bit Smokey, maybe a pet odor. Not really sure. It was not horrible, it just was not what we expected for a Hilton property.
This Hampton is subpar compared to the others we have stayed at. The breakfast was hot, but ok, nothing great, had to ask for milk, and 1/2 and1/2. Came for a softball tournament. Chose this hotel for it location. Price was almost triple the normal. Came in on Wednesday, left Sunday, room was NEVER serviced. Had to go down twice to get more clean towels, while the previous accumulated on the floor. Front desk clerk said our room was serviced on Thursday, had to tell him it was not, then he said our rooms are serviced every other day, so Saturday was our next date to be serviced. Did not happen.
Rooms are beautifully kept, clean, great service. We loved seeing all the pets, even though we didnt travel with our own. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you for everything
Wonderful small brewery tucked away in downtown Dalton. They offer flights of FIVE beers rather than the typical four, so we had a chance to sample most of their offerings, which is surprisingly large selection. We found them all quite tasty, but esp
Coffee shop in a church, which isn't a thing for me but may be a problem for you. Yes, you can be a heathen and get your coffee here and even use the internet for an hour or two. On a weekday morning, it was quiet and I had no trouble finding parking
I came in for an earl grey tea latte and some baked goods. The drink and food were excellent. I was also impressed with the service. The woman who runs this cafe is warm-hearted and kind. I would definitely go back here for another visit.
I am so happy that I found this Turkish restaurant in Dalton . I have lived in Turkey for 10 years . When I go to this restaurant all memories came to my mind ( baklava , Turkish music, kebab ⦠) . The food is amazing . We ordered hummus and chicke
My family of 4 went here around 5:30 on a Sunday evening. We were immediately seated. The waitress and, I assume, the owner were very friendly and attentive. The dining area and restroom seemed clean. Some plates were brought to us by the waitress,
Went MTB, as 1st timer. Took two kids. Stayed off the extreme trails, but the rest were well-maintained and easy to navigate. Maps were clear and trails marked. Loved it!
Me, my husband, and my son couldn't be thankful enough to have found this place! We drive OTR and trying to make it home in time for thanksgiving with the family. We weren't showing to get home till about 10 tonight so we figured we might as well fi
Stopped in to try for the first time. Early dinner on a weekday. No wait for a table. Lots to choose from. I ordered the fried shrimp, my wife ordered the shrimp po boy. Both came out relatively quickly and were fresh and hot. No issues, will return
