Third time I have stayed here. I've found the rooms to be clean and quiet. Desk service was friendly and attentive. Nextdoor to a Waffle House. Is a little hard to get in and out of unless coming from the interstate, but other hotels have the same problem. Will stay here again.

Hotel is located very near Northside Hospital. We were able to bring our small dog with us - which is important to us as he’s 14 now. Everything went well. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were well maintained. Thanks

Basketball Team I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn for a basketball tournament that was 10 mins away from the hotel, and I can't say enough good things about our experience. The hospitality and service were exceptional from start to finish. Manager Carlton was instrumental in securing our group booking, ensuring that all our needs were met. His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process seamless and stress-free. It's clear that Carlton goes above and beyond to make sure every guest has a great stay. Front desk staff member Patrick also deserves special recognition. His warm welcome and friendly demeanor set the tone for our stay. Patrick was always available to assist with any questions or needs, and his local knowledge was incredibly helpful in guiding us to nearby dining options. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for resting after long days at the tournament. The complimentary breakfast each morning was great and offered a wide variety of options to suit everyone in our group. The hotel is conveniently located near a Walmart a Target and all the food choices you can think of (we loved Steak and Shake), all within walking distance. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn for any group travel or individual stays. With dedicated staff like Carlton and Patrick, you can expect nothing but a great experience. Hotel has a musty smell. Our room was even worse. Smelled like a faint hint of pet urine mixed with old stale cigarette smoke. I found out dogs were recently allowed to stay at this hotel: perhaps that is the issue. We left after the first night and got a full refund and moved down the street to another hotel which was much much better.

Lovely welcoming hotel to stay in. Patrick at the breakfast buffet helped my mom and me so much during our stay and made us feel so taken care of and comforted. Thank you so much Patrick!!!

Positive: "" Negative: Outside the bathroom area the floor is tiled. Where the tiles meet the carpet, there is a small ridge covered with a black substance. This ridge is dangerous. Anyone less agile could trip and fall. This ridge should be white or red so it can be seen.

My family recently stayed here for two nights. The location is great, the rooms are nice and the breakfast is good but the people were the most polite I’ve seen in a long time in the hospitality industry. They were very friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered were very kind and that is the main reason we would stay there again if we were ever in the area. Thank you to the people that made our stay enjoyable.

I was there the night before an operation at the hospital next door. The desk clerk was very nice and helped us find a place for dinner because it was Christmas night and most restaurants were of course closed. He was compassionate and caring. The fresh baked cookies and coffee were a nice touch. My husband was scheduled to stay two nights while I was in the hospital. I ended up doing so well that they sent me home the day of my operation, so we suddenly did not need our room. It was check out time and we were obligated to pay for that night but the clerk that day told my husband not to worry. He could have an extra hour to come pack and we would not be charged for the second night. They could have held us to paying for the second night but they were caring. I highly recommend this hotel. Also we were given a room on the quiet, wooded side of the hotel on the top floor, where no noise could be heard from the highway and I could rest well for my surgery. The room has nice touches like extra hooks in the bathroom and a coat rack on the wall in the room foyer area. Super comfortable beds and a great bathroom.
