Amazing service, great price, very accommodating! They had a roll away bed waiting in our room for us when we got in at 1am tracking between Destin, FL and St. Louis, MO. The rooms were clean, up to date and had a great free breakfast! Perfect for our family of 5 needs.
Great location! Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and very nice. We only stayed one night passing through but it was quiet and very pleasant. Breakfast was good as is typical at a Hampton Inn. I think somewhat more variety of food for breakfast here than a couple other places I've stayed lately. Restaurants within walking distance and gas/convenience right nearby also. Didn't have to get far off the highway to get there either. We were getting tired driving so we found this place and it was perfect; just got off 65 and right over around the corner to our beds!
Great location right off of 65 with a few close restaurants and gas stations. Very clean rooms and public spaces. The air conditioner in the room worked very well and wasn't overly loud like in some hotels.
The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Gave great suggestions for activities in the area and also other places we would pass on our journey.
Very good breakfast. Choices included biscuits and gravy, waffles, ham, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, several breads and pastries, yogurt, and fruit.
We would definitely stay here again!
This is a very nice hotel, and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean. Our room was comfortable. The mini refrigerator was in great working order. The outdoor pool wasn't open. The breakfast was okay. This was a clean and comfortable stop-off point on our trip to Florida.
Lately when we travel, Hampton Inn has been our hotel of choice. We stayed at this Hampton Inn and we were very disappointed. The room smelled stale and this morning while showering, we had limited hot water and the drain was plugged. This is definitely not the quality we expect from your Hilton branded hotel.
Rooms were good. Location was great. Walking distance to restaurants. Close to fuel. The breakfast was super good. I'd definitely stay again. Pool area needs a good cleaning. All in all good place to stay. Great view out our window.
Really enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious and very clean. Close enough to restaurants to walk. Front Desk Clerk, Matt did a fantastic job even though six people were checking in at once. He stayed very focused and professional despite having computer issues. Will be back soon.
Great location, close to I-65 and many dining options.
Check in easy, but had to make double trips to front desk to activate entry cards.
Room was nice, clean. TV was funky, difficult to figure out channels.
They are pet friendly too. Sadly, room across the hall from us left dog in room alone. Hours of door scratching ensued.
Breakfast - yuk. Stale biscuits & super salty gravy, I tossed that. Spicy omelette and sliced kielbasa, no thanks. Unfortunately I left hungry.
Would I stay again @ $135, maybe?
This hotel is absolutely the very best in all of the hotel stays we have been. From the parking lot to our room was one awesome surprise after another. The decorations & warm atmosphere made us feel right at home. The front desk was well attended
