Hampton Inn Coventry-Warwick Area - Hotel in Coventry - 850 Centre of New England Blvd, USA

Kayla at the front desk was all the energy we needed. She gave excellent recommendations in the area and had a great attitude and was very accommodating upon our arrival. Breakfast was yummy. Although they are in process of renovating, everything was clean and quiet. Laundry was 2$ each for wash and dry. This hotel is well located for those traveling on the road. Mystic, Providence, Newport are all nearby by car. Perfect hotel for day trips to those spots. So glad we booked here! Some cons which I didn’t like but were not deal breakers were the toilet seat with the huge gap in the middle, their soap products, and their pillows.

Good hotel for a business trip. Amazing staff , very nice and treat you like family. The rooms were also recently renovated , so they were clean and fresh. I stayed on the 5th floor and it was very quiet room. I also love how many hooks were available in the bathroom - its one of my pet peeves with hotels - this one had 4 hooks in the bathroom and in the hallway - great! ||Since I used digital key , I can not comment on the check in or check out process , but seeing how nice the staff were, I doubt there would be issues.||They have a nice selection of grab and go options for food if needed - tho no salads on the offering. Coffee was available 24/7 right by the entrance.||The breakfast was basic - eggs, sausages, bagels, waffles,& muffins , however I felt it lacked a good fruit offering. Particularly berries - no strawberries or blueberries etc which I tend to find at other location.||Overall great hotel for a business trip and I would stay there again.

The front desk staff is always helpful and welcoming. They went above and beyond to help me. The hotel is under construction so some amenities may not be available temporarily and only one washer and one dryer. However with the renovations, it hasn’t been too loud at the hotel, it’s fairly quiet and a very convenient location to things and the interstate. Also pretty good breakfast. I would stay here again

Dirty pillows needed to call housekeeping two times before we got clean ones. Hallway has scratches and elevator has scratches anda bad scent. Carpet in the hallways was dusty. Service was effective. Breakfast was okay. Nice gym

Positive: Comforts! Negative: The heating/AC unit was difficult to keep a comfortable temperature. Shower head would be better if detachable. Toilet seat was not easy to lift to urinate.

Excellent customer staff by everyone especially Kayla behind the desk! She went above and beyond even making sure our furbabies had their bananas and peanut butter. Eventhough renovations were going on our stay was outstanding!! Breakfast was the best we encountered in awhile. Thank you to everyone!!

I have visited this Hampton many many times. It’s one of my favorite. My last stay at the end of January didn’t meet the expectations set by my at least 20+ other stays. |Empty shampoo and conditioner bottles, dirty wet face cloth in the shower. |Breakfast wasn’t great, things were empty in the 9am hour and I couldn’t find a staff member in the area and the desk attendant had three people waiting. I ultimately didn’t get anything. |I had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door and house keeping was knocking three hours before check out. I had a very stressful issue at my house that caused damage. I came here to have a relaxing nice before dealing with my house the next day. ||It definitely could have been worse. The room overall was clean and quiet. The young woman at the front desk was super sweet and friendly upon check in. ||I will be back to this location, at some point and I can update my review if things change. I’m hoping this is just a fluke.

Positive: Cleanliness Negative: Our room was located near the ice machine and someone would get a full bucket of ice between 5am-6am and it was very loud. Our water was shut off due to construction below our room. In fairness, the hotel quickly tried to rectify the situation.
