The room was very clean! I bring my own Clorox wipes to wipe down bathroom surfaces, etc, and the wipes were snow white after wiping everything down. Bed was comfortable. Hallways were quiet. Breakfast was good variety and presented neatly and cleanly. Staff were very friendly. I am 100% pleased with this nice, clean hotel!

This hotel has the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. The desk staff was polite and inviting. The breakfast staff was super helpful and accommodating. They even had gluten free options for my husband! The rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

I had an outstanding stay at the hotel. A variety of conveniences that improve the entire stay were provided in the tidy, tastefully furnished, and cozy rooms. It's a terrific option for both business and leisure travelers because of the inviting ambience.The hotel offered exceptional service. Comfort and pleasure were guaranteed by the staff, who were attentive, kind, and always willing to help with any requirements or requests.

The employee who checked us in was friendly and efficient. The hotel was so clean you could smell the purified air in the elevator and the air was on full blast in the hallway! Everything was very clean and comfortable. And thank you Gloria for cleaning our room! The complimentary breakfast was standard but everything was freshly made, and the employee was friendly and eager to assist us with whatever was needed. Checkout was a breeze and the employees were friendly. I liked that they had little brown bags filled with goodies to take with you on the road. I put this hotel on my favorites because we are definitely coming back here next time we are driving through this area!!

Mixed experience here, honestly. Got a free upgrade for being a diamond member, which was nice. We enjoyed our spacious room. That said the furniture was stained and dirty, really needed a deep cleaning or to be replaced. Hallways seemed like they hadn't been vacuumed in a week. Clumps of hair, the lid off someone's soda cup, just gross stuff on the hallway floors, and our conditioner was empty (they use the refillable bottles in the shower). When I called down in the morning (we only stayed one night) asking for it to be refilled, no one came for over 2 hours. I called down again and explained that this was our check-out day and we really needed someone there immediately so we could shower before we left. Bottom line is housekeeping could really be improved. Front desk did give me late check-out once I explained the situation, though. The property itself is super nice, though. Gorgeous pool and outdoor areas, and having that pond right behind the hotel is great for a run or walk. Edit: Got a call from Stephanie, who was super sweet, after posting this review. Wasn't expecting to hear back from someone, but it was a pleasant surprise. She gave me 5000 Hilton points, which was a really nice gesture. Thank you, Stephanie. As I told you on the phone I would absolutely consider staying here again.

Came into town for a sporting event and was charged close to 400 dollars for the room for one night. Breakfast is supposed to be served until 10 AM. My family arrived at 9:40 because we got in very late and slept in. There were no eggs, 3 cold sausages, no bread or baked goods, no fruit, 1 yogurt, some cereal and no waffles. The lady who was working the breakfast area allowed my kids to make one waffle each from some batter she found in the back. How nice, but maybe they wanted 2 waffles since there was nothing else to choose from? They had zero intention of restocking any of the breakfast items because they were already too busy putting it all away and cleaning it BEFORE 10 AM. We did ask to speak to a manager multiple times but they were never around. However, the check in process was awesome, and the room was what you would expect. 400 bucks for a bowl of cereal, 2 cold sausages and 2 waffles for 4 people and a bed for 6 hours. Great value!

This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The room was great. It was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful with a nice selection and the pool was outstanding. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area

The location was great, and check-in was fast! Breakfast had ample options, albeit a small space that got crowded quick. The gym was located near the pool and seemed a bit neglected. The floors were filthy, and the machines hadn't been cleaned under in a while. There were no wet wipes to clean off equipment, the weightlifting tower was loud and needed to be oiled, and the tv had no remote and did not appear to be hooked up to cable. The hotel had a hint of smoke smell but nothing overwhelming. Would stay again!
