Hampton Inn Columbia-I-26 Airport - Hotel in West Columbia - 1094 Chris Dr, USA

We arrived to a very pleasant desk clerk. When asked, he suggested several eating places nearby. When we returned and unloaded, I had to ask for my free water bottles as a Hilton Honors member.|When we arrived at the tiny room, smaller than any I've stayed in under Hilton. We found the black out curtain was not there and could not close the side curtains far enough. There was an opaque curtain which anyone could see through from inside or outside. No way to block it. This was first floor.|The front desk offered to move us and I suggested a handicap room as my partner on a rollator This room was better, but barely big enough to move rollator to other side of the bed. Bathroom was plenty big. However, adequate.|Not like any other Hampton/Hilton we have stayed in.

I was very happy with my stay here. It was very clean and the employees were very friendly, especially Beth. She was helping with the breakfast buffet. She made sure all the guests were happy and satisfied with everything. She made sure to keep everything stocked up and kept the whole dining area VERY CLEAN! I was very impressed. I will definitely be returning and I will be recommending to my family members and friends

The room they gave us wasn’t cleaned and we had to be relocated to a different room. The room we had originally, the bed was not made. There was a stain on the bed, towels on the bathroom floor, and there was a half drank water bottle on the night stand. The employees at the front desk were very nice and helpful with getting the situation figured out. They felt really bad and gave us a new room very quickly and gave us two complementary snacks of our choosing. The new room we got was not a mess, however it also was not a three star worthy room.The room was clean but the bathroom could have used more attention. There was fecal matter on the front side of the toilet bowel and the floor was also not very clean. It was on the small side for a king room and the hotel itself is grossly overpriced. The next morning someone tried to walk into our room at 9am, presumably cleaning staff, however checkout wasn’t for a few more hours. Overall the people were nice but I would not this hotel to anyone for the price.

The room card didn't work on the assigned room. When I returned to the front desk the first thing the clerk said was you're not registered. The conduct of the front desk people was pathetic. I am a silver member who regularly uses Hampton. After they figured out they told us the wrong room number we got to the room to find out it was the small room at the end of the hall. When I complained about the size of the room on a later phone call the assistant general manager told me many of the rooms were that size . If that is the case I have never seen a motel like that. Bad service to the max.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a last minute stop. We stopped at a couple other places and were not happy with areas. We were looking for clean, affordable, and in a decent neighborhood. Room was a little small, but it was clean, beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This place is the sole reason I will no long use Hilton in the city of Columbia while I am on business ever again. Not only is the location for this establishment tucked back away in an area that is dangerous and crime riddled, it smells as bad as it looks. I've stayed in military barracks better than this. I was not able to stay in my room and left almost immediately after getting there the Hotel Manager Natori DENIED dangerous and faulty equipment. Therefore is refusing to refund me $150. Do not stay here even if you need a quick night sleep you will find yourself regretting this decision.

I stayed on April 20th, booked online couldn't use my Hilton honors points at this location. When i got to my room the door was open already.Room was not what I paid for and it was joining room. I asked yo be moved and she stated they were full I couldn't change. Went to the room couldn't close the curtain to the window the light is so bright shining on in the morning. Positive: Nothing Negative: The two rooms we got where both unclean and had hair all over them. You can hear every word anyone says the wall are super thin. We heard the drunk/ high guys in the room across the hall vomiting and fighting all night. The employees slamming doors all Negative: ""
