Very nice! Michelle and Judy, at the front the desk are great! The hotel is in a great location. Sprouts grocery store is across the street and there are many other places to eat as well. The area is clean and safe. The hotel is very clean and about 2 years old. Nice gym and pool area. My room backed up to fields which was very nice and quiet. I really enjoyed my stay and I will certainly stay again when in town.

I had an amazing stay at this Hampton Inn. I was staying there that night to take my medical licensing exams and I was very nervous. The front desk staff were so kind to me and let me take snacks and even wrote me a card in support of the test. This level of kindness was above and beyond. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was tasty. Overall a great place to stay and I would do it again!

Good location. Easy access to plenty of shopping and restaurants/coffee. The room was nice, but the bathroom had a lot of hair in the shower, in the sink, and on the counter. There was also what looked like toothpaste smeared on the counter. The front desk staff member was very responsive and disinfected these areas as soon as we notified her of the problem. She also had housekeeping come deep clean the bathroom the next morning as we arrived rather late in the evening. Would have preferred the bathroom to be properly clean upon arrival, but appreciate the staff addressing the issue quickly. The hotel was quiet overnight.

I went down to the Springs to help out one of my company's properties and Michelle was absolutely wonderful to me! Could not have asked for a better place to stay. The room was lovely and clean, I felt secure in the area (they lock the doors at night) and everyone that worked there was so kind. Thank you all for making my stay an enjoyable one!

I would rate this place 10 stars. For us this is the 1 st ever Hampton with the breakfast area opened and food available way after 10 AM. It was open and re-stocked with warm food even around noon, when we left. All staff were very nice and helpful to us. It’s new and nice building. Everything up to the Hampton standards, no complaints. We loved this place.

I tried this hotel when the one I normally use was full. I'm not going back and will use this one from now on. Well appointed rooms with ample outlets and comfortable chairs. As others have noted, there does seem to be a problem cleaning the shower. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fairly standard fare. Lots of nearby restaurants.

Very nice property. Cons -My disappointments are that they do not have accessible rooms, except for hearing impaired. Room door is extremely heavy and difficult to maneuver when using a walker. Toilet seat advertised as raised, but still low. One horizontal grab bar in tub/shower combo. Pros - Decent breakfast choices. Handy little snack, etc concession. Front desk staff member was great concierge in recommendations for dining venues. If you like Indian food, Kings Restaurant is within walking distance and delicious!

We stayed at the Hampton on Integrity in Colorado Springs Easter weekend 2024. We could not have been happier with the hotel. It was our first time there. The hotel was extremely well kept and nice looking. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, well-appointed and clean. The beds and pillows were great. The rooms were also very quiet. We didn't hear any noise from the traffic below or other rooms. Highly recommend staying at this hotel. We will be back!!
