We stayed here for two nights, the room was great. It’s was nice to have a hot tub in the pool area, very clean. The staff was very helpful and nice. Ms. Michelle, at breakfast went the extra mile in helping me. I’m in a wheelchair, she helped with my tray. Also she had a smile on her face that was a perfect start of our day.

I have stayed at many hiltons and many hotels travel alot. I am disappointed in the staff of this hotel not hilton because I know hilton would never make up reasons to charge cust extra money. I am disable with service dog and I traveled to this hotel because family member was having surgery at cleveland clinic. This hotel charge my credit card 100 for a hole in a wall and red stuff on carpet. I asked the hotel to send me proof of what they accuse me of but they refused to do so. I love hilton so that's why I gave this hotel 4 stars instead of 1 so many hiltons have been so good to me and I will continue to stay with them if they in the area I'm traveling to. The truth is I think because I'm disable physically and I am in need of.service dog to help me walk that the staff here thought they could take advantage of me not knowing that I'm mentally smart have a masters degree and working on docerate. The truth also is it takes extra time to vacuum after a room where a service dog has been but under ada law I can't be charged because dogs do shed hair we all know that. I called hilton cooperate and told them what happen and they were apologetic. Not only did this hotel.charged me they refused to provide proof or email me photos of damages they made up and they did not contact me at all I saw it on bank statement myself. I give hilton a plus bur the staff need to be retrained and coached on people skills. Not all staff were bad here just a few let that be noted. Thank you hilton for always taking care of your cust as for this situation I'm sure hilton will take care of me and handle the staff there as well. I still recommend staying here just because hilton always puts guest 1st and takes care of their guest who also have disability. What this hotel staff tried to do shows lack of humanity but does not change how I feel about all the hiltons I have stayed at.

I travel to Cleveland about three times each fall and winter and this is the first time I stayed at this hotel. I can tell you though that this will be the only place I'll be staying from now on. It was super clean, it had all modern amenities such as a microwave and refrigerator. The staff was super friendly and the morning breakfast was delicious!

A nice representation of the brand. Kelley at the front desk was super nice and welcoming. The hotel is in nice shape, and the room was clean and comfortable. though the mattress probably should be replaced soon. Weirdly the sheets were so wrinkled, they appeared to already have been used, but the smell test told me they weren't I could also see whoever cleaned the bathroom floor didn't do a super job, or had walked on it while it was still wet as it had footprints all over it. But overall, it was a clean room. with a nice surprise for internet TV offered. And the hotel was pretty quiet with nicely working door closers. the price was about standard for hotels near the airport and it was right off 480 and close to food and shopping, as well as 10-15 min from the airport. Breakfast was pretty standard for a Hampton.

Really nice Hampton Inn on the West side of Cleveland near the airport. Convenient access to the interstate but not so close you can hear the road noise. Friendly and courteous front desk staff for sure! Hotel is very modern so the rooms have motion detectors that will automatically turn lights off. It gets a little annoying in the shower as it kept going dark. They also no longer supply wash cloths in the rooms which I didn't like. Maybe you can ask for them at the front desk, I never did. I still trying to get over a ruthless chick with two "A"s in a name that ends with "uhhh". This place didn't help my heartache but it's definitely one nicest Hampton Inns in the area. 👍

On December 3rd, 2023 I tried calling for over 30min to book a room for my mother, and no one answered. I ended up booking the room online and added my mother as an additional guest. To avoid any issues with her check-in (because I was traveling across country), I tried calling for another 20min until someone finally answered. The employee that answered said he was new and was unable to help me, so he placed me on hold and said he’d find someone else to help. After waiting for over 8min, another employee finally picked up and asked how she could help me… I said the following; “Hi, my name is Christina, I booked a room under my name online, and added” as I tried to finish my sentence the employee rudely said, “you’re going to need to wait!”, then placed me on hold for an additional 10min. As soon as this employee removed me from hold, I asked her if she felt like it was appropriate to place a customer on hold, while they were in the middle of a sentence. The employee said, “no, but what do you want me to do about it, I’m busy”. I explained, I understand being busy, but there’s a courtesy, and professionalism that needs to be displayed while dealing with customers. I then asked for her name, and she replied, “Autumn, A.U.T.U.M.N., you can call and talk to my GM if you have an problem with me, he’ll be here on Monday.” I gave Autumn my mothers name, and asked her to confirm she was on the reservation; which she confirmed. Less than 5min after that conversation, I received a call saying my mother didn’t have a reservation, which I replied, I spoke to an employee by the name of Autumn and confirmed she did. When the employee was asked if her name was Autumn, she replied, “yes, haha let me guess, is that Ms. Sena haha, go figure”. My mother was then told by Autumn that if she had any issues with her, she was going to call the police on her and have her removed from the hotel. My father had just passed away, and my mother was very emotionally fragile and in a bad place mentally. This was a time when compassion should have been shown, as opposed to what we received. My mother was even to petrified to walk out of her room to get a water because of Autumns threat to contact the police… I travel for work on a weekly basis and often stay at Hilton brand hotels, and have never been treated with such unprofessionalism by a hotel staff member before. I spoke to the front desk Manager (Sole) on Monday and was told I should call back the following day to speak to the GM, which I did. Unfortunately, I have called twice and have left two voicemails and have yet to receive a reply. I am disgusted with the way my mother and I were treated, and I would like someone from executive management to call me since the site management has yet to do so.

Shuttle service is confusing and seems that not everyone understands how it works. Shuttle service to the airport was great after our overnight stay. However, we were refused shuttle service back to hotel after our trip because we did not have an active reservation. On the morning we left the hotel, we were told to call the front desk and would get shuttled back, but in the end we were refused this service and had to Uber.

My family and I stayed two nights, Service for check in and check out was right on schedule and they take military discount. They have breakfast 6am-10am and different type of breakfast foods every day, One day was scrambled eggs with bacon, waffles, muffins, fruit and cereal, The other morning was cheesy omelets, sausage, biscuits, waffles, muffins, fruit and cereal. The employees do seem nice. Very clean and very quiet.
