The hotel's reviews are accurate, and I wish I had read them before staying there. The staff was friendly, and despite the hotel's age, it has the potential to be nice. However, it's evident that maintenance is not a priority. During our stay with a large group, each room had issues such as tubs not draining, toilets not flushing properly, and ants on the counter during breakfast. It's clear that maintenance should be a top priority for this property.

This is an old, run-down property badly in need of maintenance. My first room had a toilet that wouldn't stop running. I lifted the tank lid and the supply hose popped off and sprayed water everywhere. The arm that lifts the chain for the flapper was jammed against the tank and would never have worked. Clerk gave me another room. The A/C in that room didn't work for the first two hours before finally kicking in. The chain that operates the roller shade on the window was gone, so the shade could not be raised. The room had not been re-stocked, so there was only one paper coffee cup. There was a plunger next to the toilet wrapped in a shopping bag. Flies were buzzing around the coffee urns in the morning, so I didn't bother to look at the food area. The clerk upon check out was stone-cold. I thought a Hampton was a safe bet. Wrong.

definitely not the best on the list. We were first greeted by the homeless dude and his shopping cart as our welcoming committee on the road entering the hotel. checking in I noticed the out of order sign on the pool door, which was one of the reasons we wanted to stay there, but nope nothing mentioned about it being closed. got on to the elevator looked up and no ceiling in either elevator, scratches on the inside of the doors, and the majority of the elevator lights were not working. Got in our room and we noticed two holes cut out of the ceiling in the bathroom and replaced with patches from other ceilings from other rooms, they just screwed the squares back in and didn't do any calking around it, didn't even match. drain plug in sink was broken, and full of gunk. when we checked out and went to the parking lot there was a homeless guy sleeping in his car next to ours. as we were packing up the car he was headed into the hotel lobby, oh and I can't forget the homeless guy sleeping behind the dumpster next to the parking lot. Just be well aware of your surroundings.

All these one star reviews are completely true, this place is one horrible place. I have no idea how Hilton even has it's name attached to the building. The area around the hotel feels a bit unsafe, plus tons of traffic. The parking lot isn't very well lit and it reeks of weed. Walked into the lobby and you immediately get slapped in the face by this awful stench. A good mix of mildew and sewage is the way I would describe it. CC or CiCi at the front desk is was helpful and nice but can't save this disgrace of a hotel. The elevator has graffiti scratched into the doors which gives you a good idea the condition of the place. The ice machine in the hallway has a huge puddle all over the floor. My first room the whole room stunk of sweaty behind and the toilet was loose on the floor and didn't flush. Called front desk and asked for a refund but instead got another room and 5,000 points. (Big deal) My second room the door on my room looked like it was broken into with crowbar marks and damage. Door didn't close properly either, had to really push it into place. The beds felt like they were about to fall apart and were far from comfy. The furniture is broken, damaged and ready for a dumpster. Bathroom was so small, toilet barely flushed but way better than the previous room. Shower head was ready to fall off the wall and the bathroom was loaded with ants. All this for a cool 133 dollars a night!! I contacted Hilton because I want a refund, I'm furious I spent that much on a hotel that should be a motel. I was told I'd get a response in 3 business days, well its been 6 and no response. I doubt the manager of this dump cares enough to even contact me when this is how they treat a property. I gave them a chance to make it right but instead I'll warn others of this terrible place. Please listen to the reviews and don't give this hotel any business, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

First the pros, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The cons, the hotel is old and not well-maintained. There were water stains on the bathroom wall near the toilet, the bathtub finish was in red of repair…it was okay for a quick one night stay during a road trip but I would. It want to stay for longer.

The staff was very friendly and processional. The property was run down and needs updating. The air conditioner in our room did not work, the ice machine barely worked and the elevator was a scary ride (hoped I wouldn't get stuck between floors).

As a Diamond member, I stay at a lot of Hilton brand hotels, and usually don’t leave reviews, but felt this was warranted. I arrived very late and the lobby was locked for check-in. The outer lobby smelled like sewage. I had to call the front desk to let me in for check-in and did not receive the most hospitable welcome. I was not offered the usual waters, and they had none in the cooler or front desk. My room had a toilet that would leak water and was running frequently to refill unless you got the handle jiggled just right. There was body lotion in the shower vice body soap!?! Then finally, breakfast! There was no hot breakfast! No waffle batter, no eggs/bacon/sausage, nothing. Just the continental basics. Not even a note or sign for apology or inconvenience. The bed was at least comfortable and room was cool, but I’m used to getting a higher level of quality out of Hampton. Just felt as the staff at this particular location do not care about their clients.

Purchased room with points. Completed mobile check in. Arrived and noticed a terrible odor in the dark lobby. Went to elevator and headed to room. Room had an odor. Sat on the bed and heard a spring popping noise. The bed was not comfortable. Used the restroom and the toilet would not flush, filled completely full with water. Sheets were stained (I hope stains). Within 20 mins called the front desk to advise of toilet and was told my options were 1. Go down and get a plunger 2. get a new room 3. Or both. I requested to leave for another property and was told no problem. After packing and stopping by the front desk was told we had to call Hilton for refund of points. Total lie! The hotel is responsible for cancelling and refunding points. Was told the GM has to approve. But, he is in a meeting at 4:00 on a Friday. Maybe the hotel industry is more productive on a Friday with their meetings. Asked to leave VM. Of course his voicemail is full. Hilton 800 stated the hotel still has not checked us out. Called to have them check us out and they refused until we speak with the GM although they know we have left the property. Would not recommend.
