Hampton Inn Carefree - Hotel in Carefree - 2 Easy St, USA

Lovely spot. So unexpected for the calm of this oasis. We enjoyed the pool. The room was a good size and very clean. Love the soft sheets. It was nice that there were some restaurants close by. There is a lovely seating area around a fountain just outside the main door. Great vibe all round.

This hotel is fantastic. Most of the Hampton chains are very nice, however I particularly enjoyed this one very much. I really like the layout of this hotel, and the decor is very welcoming, fun, and inviting. They have a wonderful pool with plenty of loungers and sunshades, even little fountains that spout into the pool. It was very luxurious. They also have a hot tub, both were sparkling clean and very enjoyable. What really set apart my stay here from other places was they let me check in early, around 12. I drove 60 miles out here to hike a trailhead that unexpectedly was closed. That really threw a wrench in my trip and allowing me to check in early here, set everything straight. My stay was so comfortable, so clean, and so enjoyable. The pool was fantastic, the amenities were great. The rooms are furnished and lit well and very clean. The only downside was the coffee in the morning in the breakfast area wasn’t really hot, it was sort of just warm. I’m a big coffee person, so I noticed that right off of the bat. But that truly was the only “flaw”, if you can even call it a flaw, I encountered while staying here. I would totally drive all the way back out here just to stay at this hotel again. If I could give them six stars I would.

The hotel is located right in the heart of town. Within immediate walking distance of bars, coffee shops, cute stores, great restaurants and services. The staff was wonderful. Check-In was fast. We enjoyed the free breakfast, and our room was clean, and comfortable. A small issue, which was definitely not a deal breaker, was that the floor in the bathroom with the accessible shower in it sloped toward the room, so we had a little wet carpet. Easily remedied though by adding towels to the edge of the it. I would absolutely stay there again!

Very busy hotel in the center of town. Friendly, helpful staff. Modern and clean hotel. We had a double queen room and it was quite spacious compared to some of the competitors. Mini Fridge, coffee pot, iron in the room. Good WiFi. Free breakfast from 6-10am. Nice selection for a variety of tastes. Walking distance to many restaurants. Our only complaint was the lack of parking. We returned late one evening and had to park outside the hotel lot. We would stay again if visiting Carefree.

I had looked forward to staying at this Hampton Inn in Carefree since I wanted to explore this part of the north Phoenix Metro area. I booked my stay for four nights. The hotel is well situated in the Carefree Town Center within a short walking distance of shops and restaurants. I was able to check in through the Hilton Honors app and was warmly greeted at the front desk by Cheyenne, who activated my digital key. My king-size bedroom was located on the third floor at the end overlooking the pool from the balcony. The complimentary breakfast featured both hot and cold selections including eggs, omelettes, sausage, bacon, pancakes, muffins, scones, and fruit salad. The breakfast room was well stocked and maintained. My room was clean, quiet and had good wifi coverage. The pool and spa deck provided a nice ambiance with fire pits and lounge chairs. My only suggestion would be to have daily housekeeping instead of every other day. Other than that, everything from the staff to the accommodations was on point.

Best experience ever! I travel for work on a regular basis and stay at moderately priced hotels. This Hampton Inn should be rated 5 stars. I checked in after a long day of work outside in the rain. Cheyenne was at the front desk and I’ve literally never met a more kind, welcoming soul. She checked me in immediately and handled all my needs, questions and worries without hesitation. She was born to be in customer service. After settling in i grabbed dinner and returned to the hotel bar for a drink. Alex was the BEST! Super knowledge about wine, friendly ad ever and even put my basketball game on. I am going to find a reason to visit Carefree just so I can stay here again! Means a lot when you feel at home even when you’re far away!

Very clean and a new beautiful hotel, ac worked perfectly, and free breakfast! Breakfast included pepper omelettes, or cheese omelettes, Orange juice, Apple juice, cranberry juice, bagels, muffins, fruits, bacon, couldn't find the sausage? or wasn't looking hard enough? Wi fi worked great, and a beautiful view. Hot tub was giant. Not sure what the point was of the digital key if it didn't even work before checking in. The whole point of the digital key is to go straight to your room. Not sure if it's because I hadn't stayed at this property before but the girl gave me hard copy keys anyways which was fine. Didn't get waters though at check in which was not a big deal.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn Carefree for two nights while on a business trip. While I'm not one to wax poetic about hotels, I have to say that my experience here was genuinely positive and worth sharing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Carefree and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and some stunning desert scenery. I managed to squeeze in a few short hikes during my downtime, and the views were breathtaking. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I also appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability—no single-use items cluttering up the bathroom! The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of hot and cold options to satisfy any morning craving. The coffee was strong, and the waffles were perfectly crispy – what more could you ask for? I didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tub, but they looked clean and inviting. The outdoor fire pit area was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay at the Hampton Inn Carefree, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
