This hotel doesn't even have water or soap for you in your room. If you're not a silver member you have to pay for your beverages. I have just joined their member program but was disappointed that these amenities are not in your room. Hand soap??? They do have nice cookies and coffee for you but I don't drink coffee. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful. I definitely will stay again but did not know about the member status.

Friendly and accommodating front desk staff but the rooms were very dirty with hairs in the tub and sink from previous guests, dirty sheets on the sofa bed, crumbs on the dresser, crumbs in front of the microwave from previous guests, crumbs in the sofa bed, the beds are as hard as sleeping in the ground- definitely not what shoukd be expected at $250/night. The breakfast (especially the eggs) are terrible and more like a "good-like substance". The pool is great. Fire pit is awesome. Parking is convenient. Location is handy. Front desk staff was acommodaring and friendly. They allowed us to switch rooms when we complained about cleanliness, however the room that we got switched to had the very same cleanliness issues, so I do not recommend. The price is way too high for what they offer. It should be more like $100- $125/night since ee had to clean our own room and get new sheets, make our own beds, etc.

Great hotel right on the canal. Nice views, easy access to walk the canal, great indoor pool, fabulous breakfast daily, nice little pool 3'-5'. Recently updated so the rooms are really nice, huge showers, fridge and microwave in each room. Great patio with a gas fire pit. Nice all inclusive playground in walking distance. Great location close to many restaurants and shops. We had a lovely time here.

Nice location and room was huge. It was decently clean although could use a slight deep cleaning so marked it down a star. Check out the Lobster Trap nearby, very good food and best crab cake I’ve ever had!!

The front staff person was really nice and made check in super easy. However, when we got to our room there were food crumbs in two of the beds, hair in the bathroom sink and shower. The toilet was cracked in three places and debris on the floor (piece if metal, paper and dirt). The top of the bed headboard was covered in thick dust and debris. There were dirt marks on the walls. We were offered a different room and the 2nd room had the same issues as the 1st room (at least the toilet wasn't broken though). They offered complementary hot coffee and hot water for tea,,,, except the word hot is a joke. All three coffee pots had room tempature coffee all night and the tea water was equally as bad. The same room tempature coffee was still in the pot in the morning as well. Do not, I repeat do not eat the eggs in the morning. They are completely repulsive and I'm not sure how anyone could consider them edible. The waffles were good but they didn't provide non stock spray so they stuck to the waffle maker. The salt water pool was nice and so was the outside fire pit. All of the staff were friendly but for $238.00 I'm fairly disappointed in this stay.

We ended up here at 3 am desperate for a comfortable place to sleep after we were tortured by the mattresses at a different hotel in the area. The front desk was super accommodating and helpful and the hotel itself was very clean and nicely updated. The mattresses weren’t the best I’ve ever slept on but they were a HUGE improvement from the hotel we came from. We wish we would’ve booked here originally! Definitely recommend this hotel over others in the area.

Wow! So much better than I could have imagined! Everything was clean, neat and welcoming! I highly recommend this place when you're in the neighborhood! The breakfast was excellent! Just a wonderful hotel and staff! Thanks to all the employees who made my stay most enjoyable!

I had a great stay at this hotel, super comfortable bed, clean room, and enjoyable breakfast. However I have to lower the rating one star due to the “bike policy.” I biked here from Providence and was looking for a hotel along the East Coast Greenway route. Upon check-in and only after my credit card was swiped, the employee told me no bikes in the room and that there was a rack outside. This was not communicated to me beforehand. The rack outside is the wheel-bender type and next to the dumpster completely unsecured so it is entirely unsatisfactory as a proper bike rack. I was on my touring bike which is very valuable and had all my personal belongings attached to it, so we agreed that if I damaged the room in any way I would pay for it. Upon check-out, a different employee felt the need to tell me again that bikes were not allowed even though I was leaving so what was the point. When I explained that the outdoor rack next to the dumpster was unsecure, they stared at me in silence with dead eyes until I left. I chose this hotel *specifically* because it was on a national bike route. I hope the hotel management realizes what a draw this location is for cyclists and changes their ways. If rolling luggage, wheelchairs, or the hotel’s own luggage carts are allowed then why not bikes. Please either allow bikes in the room or designate a locked room near the lobby for bike storage. Or at the very least install a proper bike rack and not the wheel-bender type at the front door and not next to the dumpster.

Living in the area we've driven by this place so many times and finally stopped in towards the end of the summer. Wow it was so good! Some of the best fried scallops and lobster role I've ever had. Great outdoor seating and plenty of parking.

I might be biased as it is in my home town but this place never fails to hit the right spot when it comes food. Always busy I would say and if you are going to hit it on a weekend you are going to need to be on your A game in the patience department

Great on the go food. Drive through forgot 2 items which I noticed a block away. Had to go back. This has happened a couple of times. Next time I will check the bag before I leave even if that means wasting the time of people behind me in line.
