Hampton Inn by Hilton New Paltz - Hotel in New Paltz - 4 S Putt Corners Rd, USA

Clean, modern, accommodating, I have no complaints to share, unlike the gross Rodeway Inn down the road. We ended up cancelling our reservation there (see my review on it for why) & wound up here instead. This Hampton Inn was bright and clean everywhere. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the room fresh & happy. The Continental breakfast was excellent & different each morning of our 2 night stay.

On July 26th we walked into a pleasantly designed and clean lobby. Although the staff were extremely busy with other customers we were acknowledged and given a bottle of water while we waited.. The room was pristine and the bed comfortable. Can't say enough about the staff. Always pleasant with the guest as well as each other. The breakfast selections were plentiful and delicious. The hotel is easily accessible to the many attractions in New Paltz. Eagerly looking forward to our next visit. By the way, because of the outstanding service at this hotel we now tend to seek out other Hampton Inn's on other travels.

What an amazing stay once again. I stay at this Hampton Inn location do to the convenience but more so because the staff, rooms, and especially my favorite part of the stay BREAKFAST!!! I know It sounds funny but the place is always clean and the food is fresh. I believe Colleen is the girls name with the pretty smile and blond hair. I'm bad with names sorry if I got it wrong. However she's very good at what she does. I've also noticed there's a new face at the front desk. Yet again very pretty. Again I'm sorry I'm horrible with names but she has glasses and very nice tattoos. She was a pleasure to deal with. Great addition to the staff. I'll definitely be back as usual keep up the great work. 👍 🤙

Rooms are updated, love the showers. Breakfast was standard and we'll appointed and everything was very clean. Rooms above and doors slamming were loud, but not awful, at 10pm. Disappointed that all the cups, plates and silverware are disposable. Would like the option to have reusable and to be able to microwave coffee. (not going to microwave in a plastic lined paper cup)

Made an overnight stop on our way to Long Island. I have had some poor experiences at other Hampton Inns in the past so I was not expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised!! Upon arrival, I was greeted by a young lady named Krista. She had a great smile, was extremely friendly and very helpful. She offered me water while she was attending to my check in and I immediately felt like I made a good decision to stay here. The hotel common areas were clean and nicely decorated. The room was also very clean and comfortable. There was a nice complementary breakfast set up in the morning, as well as grab and go bags if you preferred to get right back to your travels. The woman who checked me out was also friendly and sincere. When she said, I hope you enjoyed your stay, I believe she truly meant it! I will definitely stay at this hotel again. It was an enjoyable experience.

We usually stay at Hilton hotels when we travel. This one was nice, clean and comfortable, as we have come to expect. It’s a convenient location next to the interstate yet just a short, two minute drive downtown. It was a good homebase for exploring the surrounding area for two days.

we have stayed at several hampton inns, and find that while they are not upscale, they usually tick all the necessary boxes. this property is no different, except i would say it appeared to have been recently built or renovated, and the finishes were nice and in good condition. it is very conveniently located, and the staff was very helpful, especially the woman who went out of her way to find a kindle charger for me to borrow when i realized i had left mine at home.

It's not the Ritz but it's not trying to be. It's incredibly well located within New Paltz with clean, well maintained rooms. For once a hotel with plenty of outlets (standard and USB). The breakfast has good selections and there's complimentary coffee and tea all day. There's a nice indoor swimming pool and a (admittedly limited) 24-hour market. Most importantly, every single staff member was simply great.
