Hampton Inn Bulverde Texas Hill Country - Hotel in Spring Branch - 499 Singing Oaks, USA

Very good breakfast. The older gentleman working the dining room and picking up after the guests was super helpful. The young blond girl behind the desk in the evening was busy on a private call on her phone. Next time, she needs to put her personal business on hold and take care of the hotel guests.

Easy check in, Trevor was very welcoming and polite...hard to find these days! Breakfast was standard but stocked well. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. Room was a bit musty but clean overall. Would stay here again for sure!

We recently lost our son in a horrific accident. Family from New York, Georgia, North Carolina, Florida and Guam came to support us. I visited the Hampton Inn near me and met Isabel. She was simply amazing. She provided a Bereavement Rate, she reserved several rooms. She and the team there greeted each of my family members and made them feel welcome and like she was a member of our family. The rooms were fresh, clean, just perfect. I would like to Thank the Hampton Inn Team in Spring Branch. Bravo. Thank you.

The prices were obsurd. 250 dollars a night you would expect something nice. But when we walked in it stunk, had nothing on the walls and was very empty, bland and was very tiny, plus the beds were rock hard. Bathrooms were decent. Service was great, location was alright. It wouldve got a better rating if it wasnt so expensive.

Positive: Staff were wonderful.The room was a good size and clean. I especially enjoyed having a chaise lounge. Negative: No hot water in shower or sink. Lids for coffee cups were dirty. All had dried coffee underneath. Got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes. All buttons ceased functioning. Negative: ""

Very rude staff, Emily to be exact. Others were very nice and helpful. Asked to have room serviced each day. We notified at 3:30 via text that we needed yet and needed towels. They responded please see front desk for towels (no sorry we missed?). We returned late and realized we needed towels. I went to front desk, and she was on the phone. I waited and then quietly said I will just text you we need towels. She put person on phone on hold and VERY rudely said there was no one to bring towels up and she would help me when she gets off the phone. I returned to my room and text that when we arrived on Monday night there was a sign at the front desk saying sorry but we are helping another customer and will be right back. She ignored this and said I could come back down and get towels. No reason to be so rude... Emily needs coaching badly.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The front desk team is amazing! Trevor and team was really cordial and hospitable! The room itself was also great and updated! The bathroom was cleaned well and water pressure was pretty decent. I got a room in the 4th floor and it had a nice view of the pool and area. Would definitely be coming back here!

Overall Hiltons are clean and comfortable what makes a difference is the customer service in different locations. We stayed here on a work trip and Isabel, Trevor (front desk) Anthony and Mr. James (Breakfast crew) are amazing. With new management amazing Marjorie and the help of the crew above Emily will get there too!! Thank you team Hilton in Bulverde for your hard work and efforts to make sure my that my experience was an amazing one !! 🤩 God Bless
