Hampton Inn Buffalo-Hamburg - Hotel in Hamburg - 5444 Camp Rd, USA

I frequently stay at Hampton inns due to work travel. This hotel i would not recommend. The good- slightly updated Hampton room The bad- Room door deadbolt does not properly lock.. Door is hard to push open and close. Bathroom shower is filthy and the shower door is loose and doesn't slide properly. The mattresses are worn and one of the queen beds has human hair in the sheets the walls must be paper thin you can hear everything in the hotel from the rooms above, below, and next to you. You can hear conversations in the hallways perfectly fine and outside noise is terrible. This hotel is next to homeless housing and shares a parking lot. It's currently midnight and i can hear everyone outside of the homeless hotel yelling and talking.

The hotel was very clean and bright. Check in was a breeze and we had 2 suites. My friends had no issues and were very happy in room 402. I was in 401 and had some issues with the air conditioner. They moved me to another room without question. Even gave me a choice of rooms. The manager couldn't have been any more accommodating. The breakfast was great and the breakfast room was absolutely lovely with plenty of seats. I did not get to use the pool but it looked very nice. I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice, one night stay during trip to Chicago. It feels like the hotel was built in the last five years or so. Modern lobby and room furnishings. Very clean. ||Nice size room with two Queens, a fridge and microwave. ||Bathroom was very nice with walk in shower and a sink with lots of counter / shelf space. Bonus features included multiple hooks for towels and a night light, which is always helpful! ||Swimming pool would be good for kids but not for laps. Fitness center was pretry well equipped including a stationary bike.

Michael at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful especially when we did not have a reservation for our late night stays He even stored our bikes for us so we did not have to bring them to our room. Clean rooms. Very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent value. Brand new. Clean. Lovely decor. Fantastic breakfast especially the frittata and the blueberry scones. Staff are so friendly especially Megan Frank and Mike. Nice pool and gym. Comfy bed. Bathrooms well stocked with toiletries and nice towels. AC works very well. Fridge microwave. Pets welcome. Easy parking with side door key entrances. Highly recommend. Pizza place next store is the best!!!

Great hotel, convenient location. Check in was easy and we were allowed early check in. Fitness center was closed unfortunately but the pool was still opened although there was some construction work going on. Our room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable although the thermostat didn't seem to work and the bathroom door didn't give enough privacy and the fan wouldn't turn on. Breakfast was great, love the proteins they offered!

Positive: The room was very aesthetically pleasing. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again in future. Our beds were comfy and clean. Breakfast was excellent. front deskwas absolutely awesome!! Negative: We found old food in the fridge from the previous people which means the room wasn't cleaned properly. The floor in the pool area was dirty and smelled like smoke. Unsafe. Do not stay here. I arrived after a very long day and left within a half hour. Hotel shares parking lot with the SuprrB Hamburg Hotel (not Super 8, just misleading) and the Hamburg Hotel. From the people milling around the parking lot at 1:30am and newspaper articles these are for housing homeless residents. That's fine but I don't want to leave my car with any people just roaming the parking lot at all hours. The hotel itself was also dirty and rundown for it's age. I stayed because the rating on Google is 4.5 stars but it's obvious now to see the fake reviews influencing that. I'm going to try to get a refund but who knows. I am loyal to Hilton and Hampton Inns in particular but this is making me rethink that. Wish me luck as I sleep at a thruway rest stop shortly.
