Came for a weekend to see kids in grad school up here so location was perfect. The hotel is very clean, quick and friendly service and everything is new and modern. The bed was comfy and sheets were soft, electric shade on window, bathroom was modern and super clean! Definitely one of our fav hotels in this price range. Also, very quiet- never heard our neighbors or hall noise. This will be our choice when we return.

Made a pit stop here on a leg of a long drive and it was a great experience. I can be critical when it comes to cleanliness in public spaces but the hotel here did a great job of easing that part of my mind. Breakfast options were plentiful and the staff was really kind and accommodating. The hotel appears to be brand new. Some modern updates throughout. Not too far from Niagara if you're going there or heading out from there. I used the gym and the equipment was in good shape without looks of overuse/improper use wear and tare. Water and towels provided. The pool is small with a small deck area as well. It wasn't too crowded when we went but it was a weekday when we were there. Could see it easily becoming overwhelming on a weekend or high volume holiday. Just something to keep in mind.

My husband and I stayed here while we were visiting friends in the area, and we thought the hotel was great. Staff were very friendly and gave good recommendations. It is in a great location to shops and restaurants. It is about 30 minutes away from Niagara Falls and the border. The rooms were clean and very nice . We recommend staying here.

The hotel’s location in Amherst is perfect!!! It’s close to major highways, shopping centers, and just a short drive from downtown Buffalo and Niagara Falls. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this location is ideal. The staff at Hampton Inn Buffalo Amherst truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were evident in every interaction. Complimentary breakfast was good and fresh with a variety of different foods and drinks. Overall, I highly recommend Hampton Inn Buffalo Amherst to anyone visiting the area. It offers exceptional value, comfort, and service that truly stands out. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Buffalo!

Stayed at this hotel last week for 2 nights. I opt-in for online check in and obtained digital room key through their app. It was cool to see and first time for me. There were lots of parking spaces through out my visit and never had to look for empty spaces. Checking in was easy, as I just went straight to my room and unlocked the room with the app. Room was clean and well-kept. Breakfast was included and was pretty basic foods provided, delicious none the less. My only preference is to use real plates/glass/utensils. It is such a waste to use paper plates and plastic cutlery. Will definitely come back here in the future

This stay was a unique experience. As Hilton Diamond Members, we had a certificate for a free night. So for our two night stay we had two separate reservations… both nights managed to get booked to room 430. We checked in the first day and the room seemed mostly clean. Bathroom looked good, bed looked good. There was some mystery stain on the wall above the floor lamp and to the left of the bed. Because of the nature of the reservations, we checked out after the first night. When we checked back in to the same room, for our second night stay, I noticed very little had changed. Same stains on the walls. The two bath towels we had used had been replaced. But the third bath towel (which I had taken off the shelf and replaced backwards when I decided not to use it) was still in the same position. It seems all towels in the room should be replaced whether or not they seem to have been used. The hotel was quiet, which was nice. There seemed to be a softball tournament going on and the hotel was busy. Sadly only one of the two elevators was working, which was super inconvenient when the hotel is that full. Breakfast was good.

My family stayed here 3 nights. Upon check in, staff was welcoming and very helpful. The lobby has self serve coffee all day. Our room was clean, room service came one of the days we were out to change our towels. Bed was comfortable, we have no complaints. Daily breakfast is good; the hot buffet breakfast is mostly eggs with potatoes and breakfast meat (sausage patty, maple kielbasa, chicken sausage patty). My kids enjoyed making waffles on the waffle iron, chocolate and original. Staff is always refilling stations so if you think something you wanted ran out, go back for another round and check! There is a self service laundry on site that we used. They have 3 front loader washers and 3 dryers that are $2 in quarters. If you don’t have quarters, the front desk said can provide change. We did not utilize the pool or fitness center but when we took a glance it looked modern and clean. They are a pet friendly hotel! We loved seeing the different dogs at breakfast or in the lobby! Overall, we had a great and wonderful stay!

We’re in the middle of a Niagara Falls/Buffalo trip. The Hampton Inn in Amherst is pretty much 20 minutes from both places. It’s perfect. Very clean, great breakfast, friendly staff, good pool. The bed comfort is ok, I’m used to memory foam do it’s probably actually pretty good. I would recommend
