Hampton Inn Broussard-Lafayette Area - Hotel in Broussard - 2280 E Main St, USA

Very upbeat and friendly staff! Super clean rooms and great pricing. They made my stay very enjoyable and I will prefer them to any other each time in in town. Thank you for making my stay amazing!

Good location. Very friendly staff. Not quite to the level I expect from Hampton inn as the room was very small. And not sure what it was about my room if they just recently steam cleaned the carpets or what, but the room had a very moist /humid feel to the entire room. Very nice and modern looking lobby with a good hot breakfast

I stay here any time I am in the Lafayette area, even if it is a longer drive. Clean and super comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. Very little noise, even though it is located conveniently near the center of Broussard. Great restuarants very close. The maid service is perfect, every other day for me. The front desk staff is very helpful and courteous. I even screwed up a reservation, and Nicholas, one of the managers, fixed my issue immediately.

Decent Hampton as far as room cleanliness and amenities. BUT... Be careful of the fees. I called in my reservation and received confirmation. When I checked out, bill was over 80$ more for a pet fee. Honestly, the Laquinta down the road is just as nice and way cheaper had I known I would be charged over 80$ for my pet.

My visit was so amazing and the reason I would come back is for the service from the locations Manger, Nicholas. He was amazing and saved the entire trip. There was miscommunication with a 3rd party Traveling company and Nicholas made sure everything was taken care of. He was very professional and made sure at all cost the situation was handled for me the customer. Nicholas is an amazing manger.

Had a very good stay on a recent business trip to Lafayette/Broussard. It’s closer to Broussard, so it makes the morning and evening drive much easier to/from the hotel to the business location. But in the evening time I had to drive a bit to find a good place the eat. The hotel staff were good and helpful, and the room was in great shape. I will be staying here from now on when I’m in town on business.

Was a nice hotel but the heater did not work. It was 62 degrees in our room. When we called about it they said to turn it off and wait 10 minutes and start again. We tried that a few time but it continued to put out cold air. We called again and were told they did not have a maintenance person but would try and look at it when her relief came in at 10:30. We turned it off and waited till 10:45 then went to bed. Luckily the covers were good. We told them in the morning that it needed to be looked at. They thanked us and said sorry.

3/31/24- Easter Sunday night. The last night before driving from Lafayette to New Orleans, then to fly to Dallas, we stayed at this Hampton Inn. It was a last minute decision to stay here. I like Hampton properties, this is my 4th Hampton stay in a month. The lady at the front desk was pleasant and super nice. I would certainly stay here again tgr next time I'm in the area.
