The suite room is very nice and cozy. The breakfast is great. The service at the front desk is amazing very nice gentleman David was very helpful throughout our stay

I drove 45 minutes north of a Hilton to save time. I wanted to be closer to home. I should have stayed at the Hilton in Tampa. It was $20 less, and it would have been clean. They were doing "renovations". But they used that as an excuse to not have lights on. In the back half of the second floor of the hotel. At least have your exit signs laminated. I'm pretty sureit'ss required by businesses to have all exit signs working. Had to sign a clause for my 8lb dog. Just in case she tore the room up. But getting into the room. The 90's carpet with established stains. Who's to say she did that? And it wasn't done 30 years ago. I should have had the front desk new guy come with me to the room. Just like a rental car business. To ensure the damage isn't done by my 8lb puppy. I've included some pictures of the emergency lighting not working under battery power. I wish I had taken the pictures at night. So you could see how dark that place is. Plus, if we had a fire. We wouldn't be able to see the exit in a smoke filled room.

We stayed here while visiting family who live in the area. The hotel is clean, has a nice breakfast, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite large, which for us was a real treat. We were traveling with two kids and our dog. The hotel is also dog-friendly- they even keep treats at the front desk! We will definitely stay here again.

This hotel should not be open while it is renovating. It is a mess. Hallways are stripped of all wood. Door numbers are indicated with a strip of blue tape. Hallway carpet was filthy & obviously ready to be removed but I had to walk on it. Our bathroom floor was scattered with paint drops & dirty. It's bad enough that it barely provides necessities with very thin towels. No notice was given prior to reservation. I certainly would have thought twice about making a reservation. I have removed this family of hotels from my list & I am a Hilton Honors member.

Saving Grace for this stay was the woman at the front desk - super nice and helpful. Other than that... the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, the air conditioning turned on and off every 15 minutes and took the room from humid and hot to freezing cold (literally, awake all night and huddled under blankets or kicking them off every 15 minutes or so)... breakfast was gross... my wife spit out the sausage and neither of us could stomach the eggs (those weren't scrambled... they were borderline gritty and weird). Overall it was the worst night's sleep either of us have had in a very long time. Super disappointing.

This Hampton Inn is clean, comfortable and welcoming! I left my favorite blouses and jacket thinking I might never see them again. Manager Donna Ritenour sent them to me. What a joy to be treated so nicely! Oh the breakfasts and coffee were nice as well !

Easy access from the interstate, close to restaurants and local attractions. Clean rooms, I love the full size shampoo and lotions offered instead of the travel size.

Positive: It was quiet at night and the AC worked well. The sheets and towels were clean. Negative: The hallways were very worn out, there was a large bug in our room, and the majority of the staff were not personable/approachable. They ran out of breakfast food pretty early on. Negative: ""
