A delightful experience! The room was immaculate in all areas. Clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The facility was beautiful and well-kept. The amenities like the imaginative breakfast with different items each day was a special treat. And I cannot say enough good things about the staff! One and all were exceedingly welcoming, kind and friendly and went out of their way to be accommodating. My wife and I and our two dogs were guests for a week and a half and we hated to leave. This hotel is a shining example of what the hospitality industry should aspire to. My compliments and gratitude to the management and staff!

Stayed here during a recent business trip. This hotel is easy to access of I20 and has a super friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, clean bath. Quiet, which allowed great nights rest! Nice workout room and pool area. Loved seeing the cats lurking in the trees! ||Breakfast offered eggs, two type of sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, oatmeal, cereals, variety of fresh fruits, and yogurt. Great coffee, light and dark roast! ||Would be 5 stars, but there were holes in the curtains and the TV remote didn’t look very well sanitized.

The Hampton/Hilton hotel in Bremen was the filthiest hotel, I have ever experienced! There were fleas in the room, and the floors were dirty! When the manager moved me to another room, the strong smell of mold almost choked me and when I looked up there was mold all over the ceiling! This hotel needs a MAJOR overhaul, and should not allow anyone to stay there until a renovation is completed! However, the staff was very nice! I did not stay at the hotel and there were no charges to my credit card. I can’t believe this is a Hilton hotel! I will not stay at another Hilton after this experience!

Where do I begin...!! This is by far the nastiest hotel I have EVER stayed at. I switched rooms 4 times and the only reason I stayed in the 4th room is that I was too tired to switch again. My family and I were coming off a 12 hour drive, arriving at the hotel around 1230 am - 0100. The first room (211) had mold around the tub and the furniture was very worn. Second room (311) had a huge stain on the carpet at the door entrance, large stains on the lamp shades, mold around the tub and the furniture was worn. Third room (317), the curtain was hanging off the hooks, mold around the tub and large stains in the carpet. Fourth floor room (214), I thought was the better one, however it was a nightmare. The tub had a dirt ring around the inside, mold around the top, hair of the last guess (I'm guessing) on the floor, door coming off the hinge and worn furniture. I'm not sure how this hotel is receiving a 4 plus star review. I paid over 170 to stay at this hotel, which was definitely OVER priced!!! Please please do not be deceived by the reviews. This place is not worth they stay if you truly care where you lay your head. Please see a few pictures that took of room 214. I wish I would have taken pictures of the other rooms to share.

Positive: Staff was very nice and the breakfast well let me just say they my family of 6 adults and 5 kids love it. We will be staying at this location again if needed. Thank you for a nice experience. Negative: No.

When you walked through the front door you can smell the mold and mildew musty smell, and could see that the whole place was run down and dilapidated. We should have went on, but it was close to midnight so we risked it. Boy was that a regret. We started out in room 204. There was mold and mildew growing on the ceiling, it was humid and musty smelling, the carpets were damp and stained, the cabinets were busted up and falling apart, paint chipped off and peeling all around the door and door frame. I asked to be moved to another room and we were moved to room 216. While moving our luggage from one room to another I noticed that the whole hotel was run down and dilapidated, with mold and mildew growing around the central air vents in the main lobby as well. Room 216 was just as bad as 204 possibly worse. I noticed the desk clerk he apologized and was very kind. We decided to go ahead and stay in 216 because obviously the whole hotel was in the same condition and no need to move from room to room all over the hotel. I paid 175.00, (the most I have ever paid in my life for an overnight stay) just to stay in an old run down shack. The experience was not acceptable. I usually stay with Hilton because I am a Hilton Honors Member. Due to this terrible experience I went across the road to Holiday Inn for the next night. It is $15.00 cheaper per night, everything is very tidy, modern, pristine, and an absolutely lovey experience. It’s like going from a Pinto(Hampton Inn) to a Royals Royce(Holiday Inn). It will be a very long time before I ever consider using Hilton for my hotel accommodations again. On the upside, the staff was very kind and seemed to note our concerns about the room, and the breakfast was ok.

We were so disappointed in this hotel. It is in dire need of renovations. There is mold on the ceilings and even more mold in the bathroom/shower. The walls are water stained and just dirty. The carpeting is so thick with funk that I could not even touch them with bare feet. If it wasn't so late at night when we arrived, we would have left. Don't consider staying here until they undergo a major renovation. We were so disappointed in this Hampton Inn. The staff however, were very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was average hotel fare.

Stayed one night. Room was clean, comfortable and roomy. Check in went smooth and easy. Room has a mini fridge and microwave. Spacious bathroom with toiletries. Breakfast was good. Luckily we did not plan on swimming because the advertised pool was green. This would definitely be disappointing if you planned to swim. Website should definitely update this-for this reason I can only give 4.
