Hampton Inn Boston-Logan Airport - Hotel in Revere - 230 Lee Burbank Hwy, USA

I stayed here for one night while in town on business, as it was affordable and pretty close to my meetings, and was pleasantly surprised at my stay. This hotel's trading quality is its proximity to Logan International Airport and is on a slightly-dark industrial highway, but don't let that fool you. The interior is bright and cheerful, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It's a bustling hotel with a lot of activity, which the hotel seems to manage well. The check-in process went well, and I was given a quiet room at the end of a hallway on the third floor. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and plenty of outlets (an important thing for a hotel room!). Breakfast is complimentary and ample; I liked the pumpkin spice waffles and the scrambled eggs. They also have free WiFi, which I appreciated. Parking is $15/night, which is unusual for a Hampton Inn location (they usually provide free parking), although I assume this is meant to discourage people from parking here long-term instead of at the airport. They do have complimentary shuttles to the airport, though. ||I do wish that the heavier curtain had covered the entire window, even though the window was a bit small. Also, half of their parking lot is reserved for hotel guests and the other half is reserved for a third-party company, which I didn't know until after I parked (thankfully I parked on the correct side; otherwise I would've had to move my vehicle). I do wish that there were larger signs to indicate this, as I only noticed the "reserved for guests" sign when I returned to my car to put the hotel parking pass on my dashboard.

We arrived at 1:30AM and the lobby was hopping! Unfortunately, after waiting on line and then making our way with luggage and kids to the 6th floor, our room keys didn't work. Back to the front desk staff- who seemed insulted that we requested new cards. Fortunately, the room was well appointed and clean, and we immediately fell asleep. Breakfast in the morning was great overall. I really appreciated the variety! It was PACKED at 9:45/10:00AM when it ends, which suggests very clearly to me that the weekend hours should be later than the weekday hours of 6-10AM. West Coasters may not want to wake up on the first day of vacation at the equivalent of 7AM. The breakfast staff were hustling, which I appreciated- but it was impossible for them to keep up with the crowds which aggravated the chaos and lines. If breakfast was even served till 10:30, there wouldn't have been such an insane push.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was delicious. The only comment I have is the lack of elevators. They only have one , so be prepared to wait sometime in the morning. Especially during checkout.

My wife and I booked a room at Hampton Logan at the last minute as we had a very early appt. at Mass. General and were driving down from Maine and did not want to have to deal with rush hour after a long drive. We were so pleased with the room. Large, clean, exceptionally quiet, dark and with a good sized bathroom. We were very comfortable and were able to get up at a reasonable hour and make the 20 minute drive in to the hospital the next morning. The room was quite fairly priced and we will definitely stay in the future .

1. We choose this hotel because there was stated that there was a hot tub and a pool. This description was mistaken since hot tab is not working for a month and the pool is dirty as a swamp, my daughter was sick after swimming there for 10 minutes. 2. The stuff is rude, it felt like I owe them a tons of money. 3. The soap and shampoo are ended in the middle of the washing. 4. Breakfast kitchen is tiny for that amount of guests and not well stoked. 5. I was charged 13usd and no one answered my email claim why. The bottom line, don't recommend, there much cheaper options around the airport

This feedback is for their Logan Airport parking service that we reserved via the SpotHero app. The Hampton Inn parking service team was polite, the reserved parking spot was available as expected, the shuttle was prompt going to (at about 10a) and coming back (about 11p) from the airport, and the ride was only about 10 minutes travel time between hotel and Logan. I was skeptical about this reservation but it turned out to be great experience. I will use them again.

I came into the Boston airport thru the International side. I called the hotel and was told to go to door 203. I told her I have no idea where it is located. She said she did not know, ask somebody at the airport. I asked 3 people and they had no idea. I then saw above the door was numbers. Where I was it was 104. So I went inside and found the elevator to upstairs and found the door. Pick up took about 1/2 hr. At the hotel the business center I could not print the boarding pass for the next day. The guy at the front desk got it done for me. No problems with any noise on the 4th floor. The breakfast was GREAT. A lot of items offered. Ride back to airport took about 10 min for domestic side.

I have used this hotel twice now for extended parking for flights out of Boston. They have a very nice clean lobby and friendly parking attendants who are available 24/7. They have moved my car in the past while I'm away but nothing has ever gone missing or been damaged. They have a free shuttle bus to and from Logan that runs 23 hours a day (I think it doesn't run from 2am to 3am) but they have a phone number you can call to get picked up. Their shuttles seem a bit older and tired but they get the job done. The drivers are always incredibly friendly and helpful Definitely recommend booking extended parking with this place through SpotHero or any other parking website. I've always booked with them through SpotHero and have had only good experiences.
