Hampton Inn Bonita Springs/Naples-North - Hotel in Bonita Springs - 27900 Crown Lake Blvd, USA

Positive: Charming hotel. The surrounding area is great because it's close to many things (restaurants, shopping, beaches). The hotel has a cozy welcoming feel. The staff is very gracious. Comfortable room with a balcony. Negative: Internet could sometimes not be great. It crashed when I was here and I was working remotely. That's the only thing negative I say about this hotel. I've stayed here many times and this has been an issue in the past and this visit.

Very good and helpful reception staff who helped us with NYE2024 local plans. The water pressure is great with plenty of hot water, and showers that have a lever for different spray options. Big spacious beds, plenty of room to navigate. Sitting by the pool was another delight- ask for room at the back with lovely lake view. Breakfast options could be way better but other than that, a very enjoyable 3 night stay!

This place was fabulous! I’m very weird about cleanliness, and this place met every expectation! Breakfast in the morning was great, we came when it was cooler out but hotel pool was warm, and staff was great. We stayed a week and my kids actually cried leaving. We will definitely be back again!

The AC is on a computerized system so if you want manual control of temp in your room you have to ask to get off that system. Maybe helpful information upon checking in??? The carpet tiles were coming up and dingy and there was a drip inside the room by the window during a heavy rain. Lovely front desk staff and location is close to beach.

The hotel essentially “stole” from me. I checked out of my room early with Eddie at the front desk. He said he’d take care of it and I left. I was then charged for an additional two days because he clearly forgot to check me out of my room. I called the front desk several times, spoke with Nicole and left multiple messages with Jocelyn (the manager). Nobody returned my calls. Next step (unfortunately), is my attorney.

I was there for 1 night and it was not my first time, but definitely my last. I found a bunch of hair on the bed and reported to someone who texted me from the hotel, but I was not approached about that by anyone. They have the control of the temperature of the room you pay for and I woke up sweating at 4 in the morning and, when called the reception ro report it, I was told they were going to change the settings so I had control of it manually, and at that point the room never got cold. The worst part is yet to come, I called the reception again in the morning and I got the worst customer service I have ever gotten, and I'm a frequent traveler; I went down later and told her she was very disrespectful and her main job was to be able to deal with the customers, she came back with "I have 3 degrees" as if you need a degree to be polite. I guess she's "overqualified" and insatisfied with the job she's performing and acts accordingly. There's a bunch of same quality hotels around the area and the service they give makes the difference...my advise is she needs to get back to school to get some customer service tips or change her line of work; with all those degrees she could probably do better, changing the attitude of course.

It was very cold throughout the building, even during stormy wet water. Not very hot water in rooms. It was hard to adjust the thermostat in the room. Other than that, very friendly staff. Clean rooms. There were plenty of towels and soaps in the bathroom. Also, there could be a bench or chairs outside, so people could sit and warm up if building too cold. Overall, it was okay compared to some other Hampton Inns. I really like that the pool was outside compared to some pools that were indoors.

Amazing staff very good customer service friendly and professional ! The room was large clean and spacious. Definitely would recommend!
