Hampton Inn Bismarck - Hotel in Bismarck - 1440 Mapleton Ave, USA

Had a great stay! Only minor issues were a little pet hair on the floor and in the sheets, and our door didn't close all the way unless pulled closed. Pool and hot tub were really clean, breakfast was great with lots of variety!

Clean rooms, helpful staff and of course - breakfast included. First night I was in room 221 which is directly above the main entry automatic doors which could be heard quite well in the room. Thankfully, the staff made it simple to switch to a different room for the second night which was a bit quieter.

Had a pleasant stay at this place, staff were very welcoming and provided complimentary water bottles being a Hilton honours member. Appreciated the free parking, breakfast, and wifi at this place as someone who needed to make a quick stop at this city during a road trip. Hotel room was clean, quiet, and modern with lots of towels provided.

Newer hotel, large quiet rooms very clean. Staff have been friendly. Breakfast was simple but good. Dog friendly. Would definitely return here next time I'm in town.

We typically stay at Hampton inns but, this one blew away my expectations. Room was clean, modern, and roomy. They were so accommodating and had our rollaway bed and extra linens in the room before we got to the room. Super dog friendly and got the cutest little doggy package for our pup. The woman working the front desk when we arrived was so sweet and gave my boys each a treat. She was helpful and nice. The pool area was clean and in good condition. It looked like they were remodeling one wall but, they didn’t bother us any.

My Kingsize Suite was good. The Room was clean compare to other hotels in that city. The room was clean with the exception that the bedsheets and pillow cases were not changed and the soap in the bathroom was not replaced. The fridge was warm , not the best. The Breakfast was good , wish they had an onsite bar or restaurant for guest that have no transportation and are not from the area and also I wish they did not charge for snacks. The Receptionist Mary was nice but they seem understaffed. Special thanks to the 1 lady that cooked all the breakfast she did a good job. The Parking was good , Building was in a safe area. Would Stay again if I am ever in that area.

Everything was really nice and clean. There was nothing on the walls to absorb the sound in the rooms, so it was really echoey. The driveway way into the place was also narrow but otherwise it was a good stay.

Would have given them 5 stars but should have given them 3. We reserved for having a dog with us and when we checked in we took it for granted that was how we were booked in. We were going to a concert and just getting ready to get on the fun bus when we got a message to call the hotel. The night desk informed us that we hadn't booked for a pet even though we walked right by the desk with said dog and thought nothing of it. It ended up almost ruining our trip over a misunderstanding. We were told things that we were told were not the true case when we spoke with the manager the next morning. Such as dogs are not to be left unattended. He said that I'd not the case only that we would be responsible for any damage that an unattended dog may cause. Which is understandable. To make a long story short. If you have a pet with you make sure you are on the same page as far as the booking goes when checking in.
